Наверное все помнят раннее обслуживание на Почте России🙈 Всегда недовольные женщины, очередь🙄 Вот и у меня такие воспоминания🥺 Искала любой способ, но только не Почта России😂 Но тут возникла потребность отправить посылку Авито. Думаю ладно, куда деваться то😔 Заглянула по пути с работы в отделение на Волоколамском шоссе и была приятно удивлена☺ Хотя было 17:30-17:40, очередей нет. Женщины очень приятные, доброжелательные. Всё объяснили (впервые отправляла Авито). В общем, отношение к почте России у меня поменялось, чему очень рада😁

Пришла отправить посылку, первый сотрудник сказал, что для этого нужно получить трек-номер в приложении, по-другому он не сможет оформить посылку. Позвонила в службу поддержки, сказали, что сотрудник обязан оформить всё сам, если пришли на почту. Вернулась, взяла талон, приняла женщина в другом окне, по поводу приложения ничего не сказала, но отказалась принимать посылку, тк пластиковая крышка того, что я должна была отправить не была упакована в пупырку.

Ужасное отделение с крайне грубым персоналом. Простояли в очереди 15 минут, пока сотрудница пропускала людей, пришедших позже нас. На вопрос, почему так происходит, получила ответ: «Я одна, постоите!». Совет: стоит внимательнее подходить к подбору и обучению персонала, чтобы не портить впечатление от работы отделения.
