We stopped by the hotel before the New Year holidays with a view to possible accommodation in the future. In the vast majority of hotels, hotel administrators are willing to show available rooms, and the future guest becomes quite informative about the view from the windows of a particular room category, the contents of the room itself, and other nuances. And after watching the hotel live, with reference to the area, it also becomes clear whether this is your option. In addition, communication with the staff also makes it clear whether you will be welcome or not.… So that's what Oldenburg is all about... The hotel employee refused our request, not to show us the rooms, but to give us information about the hotel, room categories, etc., they say everything is on the website ... but guys!, we are already on your doorstep, show interest in the guest))). I would like to note that the hotel is empty on New Year's Eve, so there is an opportunity to pay attention to the guests. As a result, the waitress of the restaurant took us to the hotel, the room shown was not impressive, apparently, it was not our place. The lack of coordination between the staff and the negative opinions of Oldenburg's colleagues about each other does not indicate teamwork... I also did not like the fact that the hotel stands directly on the river, that is, literally above the river (this is visible in the photo), with the windows open it will be very noisy, and the windows of the rooms on the first floor are at the bridge level, that is, there is no privacy in the rooms. Well, I repeat, zero customer orientation. As a result, we concluded that we would not consider the hotel for future accommodation. However, I would like to mention the hotel's restaurant. That's where the staff made us happy, welcomed us cordially and served us warmly. Fans will appreciate the atmospheric interior in the style of a beer pub, the appropriate menu. We had enough of a pretty good borscht with a full serving. That's how we got acquainted with the hotel, which we don't set foot in anymore)

A great hotel, the most convenient location and welcome upon arrival! We had a rest in a two-room room, very comfortable beds with snow-white linens! Clean, everything is new. The room has everything you need to relax. I especially liked the location - the hotel stands right on the river (on stilts, if I say it correctly), such an amazing sound of the flowing river! We didn't want to leave... we definitely want to come back.

Great location and friendly staff! The rooms are large and spacious. Friends lived nearby in Abaat and when they came they were surprised by the size of the rooms)) They have significantly less. Everything went great. Even though it was raining and the river was as noisy as possible))) but thanks to the good insulation and the windows, it sounded like rain outside) it didn't scare or annoy us. The furniture is simple
