We paid for the goods in full by prepayment, having received a guarantee of delivery "to the entrance". On the day of delivery, the driver demanded payment for the delivery of the goods in cash without documents. When calling the store for clarification, the employee who placed the order hung up. When the driver refused to pay, he was rude and threatened to pick up the goods. The director later called back and apologized, but the whole situation looks like a scheme: managers mislead, and put the client in front of the fact. Be prepared for the fact that the promised conditions may change, and you will have to fight to defend them. The management apologizes, but judging by the reviews, the system does not change.

If you cancel the tile order, the money will not be refunded to you. Ask for details before ordering. They don't know for sure about the law on consumer protection here. And now to the point, we wanted to order a tile, I decided to clarify the following questions before ordering, and for good reason: 1) How many tile pattern options are there? They answered that it was 6, and there is no guarantee that the neighboring bundles will not have the same pattern. 2) is it possible to discard a part of the tile during the inspection at the warehouse before receiving it, if several identical ones arrive - for example, if we order 4, and 3 identical ones arrive? They replied: no, you can't. Can I order 6 tiles and pick up 4? Answer: no, you can't. 3) Is it possible to re-order a tile if it is the same? They replied: no, it is not possible, the exchange is only if there is a marriage. 4) is it possible to refund the money for the tile in case of a complete refusal to receive the order? They replied: no, it is not allowed (70% prepayment) I formulated the questions and answers roughly while preserving the essence. Conclusion: ask questions before ordering, otherwise you will waste time, nerves and money after the fact.
