A clinic that has gained trust. All the staff, from doctors to administrators, are wonderful, helpful, genuinely empathetic people. Alfiya successfully performed an operation to remove my cat's eye and was very attentive and caring at all stages. I contacted Yulia as a cardiologist and she clearly and correctly diagnosed and successfully cured my cat, advised me in great detail on all issues, was always in touch and showed sincere sensitivity and concern. But special thanks to Eugene! The cat was simultaneously diagnosed with panleukopenia and coronavirus, and its condition was critical. But in Evgeny's professional hands, in less than a week, the cat literally came to life. Evgeny followed her condition with great attention, advised her in detail and patiently answered my many questions, and thanks to his high professionalism, the cat overcame the deadly danger. Immeasurable gratitude to him! Thank you to the entire clinic team for your concern!

Overall, it's a good clinic, but the waiting list for ultrasound and X-rays forces you to choose another one next time. The dog is so worried about the procedure, so for at least another hour he is harassed in the queue, where there are other animals, the smells of the clinic, which remind her of previous visits (each time it comes out like a tense string, it does not calm down for a long time. I ask the clinic management to review the policy on this issue.

Before the scheduled surgery with our dog, the clinic did not contact us. I have repeatedly tried to call myself and asked to be called back, with no result. Later, the administration explained that they don't call foreign numbers because I have a Turkish phone number. A logical question arises: why wasn't this reported in advance, at the moment when I personally came to the clinic and made an appointment for surgery? This information was not announced either then or later. If I hadn't learned the rules of preparation for surgery on my own (including about hunger), the operation might simply not have taken place — through no fault of our own. Communication is a separate issue. I was constantly interrupted, they did not let me finish and explain the situation, they said several times that they would "hang up the phone." There was no response to my requests to listen and understand exactly what the problem was. At the clinic, they gave me forms in a language I don't understand, and offered to "translate over the phone." I asked for documents at least in English, but they refused me. I consider it unacceptable to require a signature under medical documents without a clear translation. At some point, the employee began to raise her voice and scream. Against this background, operations were underway in the clinic, and the animals could be heard under severe stress. This makes a heavy impression and raises serious questions about how animals are treated when their owners are not around. Unfortunately, my experience has shown a complete lack of customer orientation, respectful communication, and basic process organization. We will no longer apply to this clinic and I cannot recommend it.
