We have been going to this clinic for almost two years now. Ksenia, a wonderful veterinarian, has been treating our elderly dog all this time, has also been brushing teeth, vaccinating, and always attentively and professionally approaches treatment. And fortunately, Ilya, a ratologist, appeared. We have already contacted him several times, and he cured our hamster. Moreover, he successfully operated on the tumor, despite the fact that the hamster weighs only 38 grams and is already 2 years old. Now the dog and the hamster are living their happy lives. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Our thanks to Dr. Xenia. She accepted us when the clinic was already closing with an emergency. I cured our beloved Toy Terrier Misha. All appointments were professional and to the point, nothing superfluous. Ksenia was always in touch, she could also consult on the phone. I would also like to thank all the doctors of the clinic, Natalia, for the ultrasound, Katya for her help with the procedures, and all the doctors on duty who performed the procedures in the evenings. We would like to express our great gratitude and respect to all the staff of the Chaki Clinic. Since 2022, they have been treating and monitoring our (initially homeless) dog, cat, and cat. Since November 2023 (when the cat was brought in for sterilization), we have been observing all our animals at Ksenia's, then we got on her shift. Ksenia performed the operation properly, prescribed medications, and described in detail how to take care of the cat after sterilization. Since then, we have been taking our fuzzies to her for vaccinations, as well as if there is some kind of ailment. A couple of weeks ago, our cat had cystitis. It's not pleasant to see your pet suffering, and it took us a while to figure out what was wrong with him until we called our doctor, Ksenia. Thank her very much! On the second day of treatment, the cat got better, became cheerful and active again. The medicines were given as Ksenia prescribed. The cat is healthy now. We are calm and happy. Sincere gratitude and respect to Ksenia for her love of her work and her professionalism! Good luck and prosperity to all employees of the Chaki Veterinary clinic!
