We stayed at this hotel for a few days and were very satisfied. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms are clean and cozy, everything you need is there. The location of the hotel is convenient, all major attractions and shops are within walking distance. We will definitely come back again!

I do not recommend it, even if the price of accommodation is attractive. We had a rest in the summer of 2022. Minuses: 1. There are no air conditioners only in the rooms, in the reception area, in the dining room (impossible stuffiness) and in the corridors. The heat is unbearable 2. The hotel is located inside a cottage village and its tour buses are not found immediately and you need to listen to all this from the guide (it used to be a sports base) 3. This hotel and the sea are incompatible things. To say that it is far away is simply not to say anything. It's impossible to get there on the shuttle, because a huge number of people are crammed in. There is a small piece of the beach, which is not marked in any way, and which everyone is looking for 10 minutes, asking the neighbors. After the first day of such a beach holiday, we began to take a taxi to the beach and back 4. The Land of Legends Park is 30-35 minutes on foot, it is quite possible to walk. This is the only place that saved our vacation. 5. The menu is passable, but in this heat you don't really want to 6. The pool is one for everyone, due to such conditions of delivery of vacationers to the beach, it was crowded. The exit is to the sea by taxi, and the sea is very good, surrounded by coniferous forest. 7. I do not recommend the hotel. Russophobia among the staff. We arrived on 15.06.26 at 17.30 , we are 2 adults and a child of 12 years old. The hotelier at the reception does not understand Russian. After giving him vodka from Duty-Free as a gift, he directed us to a room in the basement in a nearby tub-shaped building and there was one bed in the room. We returned to the reception and said there were three of us. We were also sent to the old building next door, where there was only one bed and the air conditioner was not working. And there was no balcony, although I paid for a room with a balcony. We returned to the reception. And then the extortion began. The hotelier said that we should pay him an additional 70 euros. We wrote a complaint to the tour operator and wrote many more times, waited 3 hours and eventually by 22.00 we were given a room in the main building, with three beds, air conditioning, a balcony - fresh. The pools are good, but all the animation is only in English and Turkish. There is no children's or adult animation in Russian. They don't like children in the hotel, there are very few of them here. There is a tiny yellow bus every 2 hours at sea, an eternal crush. The food is good. The beach is great, but there is no bar on the beach. Because of these disadvantages, the hotel pulls on 2 *.
