Haha! I was here with Singapore friends - the noodles are quite close to home and the dim sum not too shabby at all. The chef is Russian - so I'm not sure how the name came about! Suggest informing them to cut back a bit on the salt if you're concerned. Considering this is close to city center, prices are not that expensive either.

Great place to have a drink .. you can request a spacial drink non alcoholic… the environment is cosy
