Since February 2026, there has been no commission-free payment, previously it was possible to pay via yumani. I don't recommend it!!! There is still a payment based on the details (without commission), but the crediting period is different and the company makes the payment by the date of receipt, not the date of payment

I have issued a loan of 8 thousand for a month in VIVUS.In my personal account, the amount to be refunded on the same day was almost 2 thousand more.I called VIVUS Loan to find out why the repayment amount immediately increased by almost 2 thousand. The operator replied that I had connected two insurance policies. It was useless to prove that I hadn't connected them.I asked for my insurance to be turned off.The operator replied that I should call the Renaissance Life insurance company and cancel the insurance. I called Renaissance Life, they told me to download their app, log into my personal account and look at the insurance contract numbers. I did so, but it was written in my personal account that I did not have valid insurance contracts. I called Strakhov again.I explained to the company that there are no contracts in my personal account!I was told that the contracts will appear in 2-3 days. The next day, I paid off the loan, 8k.Insurance contracts have not appeared in my personal account on the Renaissance Life website. I called the insurance company again and explained that the contracts had not appeared. The insurance operator suggested that I write them an insurance waiver to their email address. I wrote it. But I didn't get an answer. I called the police again. the company, they told me to send the insurance waiver by registered mail to their address.within a month. But time was lost, at first I was waiting for my contracts to appear in my personal account, I was waiting for a response to my appeal from Renaissance Life. A month later, I received an SMS from the vivus loan that I was overdue on the loan. I called the loan company and explained that I repaid the loan immediately the next day and indicated during the payment that this amount was 8k. it was the payment for repayment of the loan. As the operator explained to me, the insurance was paid from these 8 tons, and therefore the amount was not enough to repay, and I will be charged interest for each day. 2 insurance contracts (which I DID NOT agree to)they appeared on the Renaissance Life website a month later, where it was written that the insurance had been paid off.Now every day they call from different numbers, they introduce themselves as the "recovery department" and demand to pay off the debt for an allegedly overdue loan. They say they're not going to sue me, because I owe them money, not the court, and they'll call me several times.I've read reviews from people who have also found themselves in this situation. Why are there no clearly defined insurance service points during registration? Why can't vivuc itself disable insurance services? Why should I call some third parties to cancel my services, download the insurance application, and email them? I don't consider myself a malicious defaulter, I applied for a loan and paid it the next day. I did not include insurance!
