A nice sales girl told us everything and advised us what to look for. I really liked the product range. At the end of 2023, a Christmas tree, 2.2 m, PVC + casting, was purchased in this store. The cost is quite high, about $ 200. Imagine my disappointment when the tree began to crumble after we took it out of the box, especially the small cast branches that added to its splendor. The situation has only worsened in 2024. What can an ordinary citizen do if a year has passed since the purchase? Right! Write a review on Yandex. Imagine my surprise when the store management responded to me with a proposal to resolve the situation! As it turned out, this situation for a specific model of Christmas trees occurred several times last year. The store apologized and resolved the issue in favor of the customer, i.e. me. To sum up, I don't know what they have with the Christmas trees now, but the people turned out to be honest, which is rare nowadays. Well, I hung the Christmas tree with toys, so it doesn't look so sad anymore. Happy New Year and Merry Christmas to all!

Cartridge type "H" for Intex 29007 filter pumps - 1 piece x 8 rubles." We were waiting for a call from the store to arrange delivery. The day has passed. They called themselves. The main phone has music for 5 minutes asking you to wait. The second phone is disconnected. We checked the order through the personal account, it is there, the statute is unclear. And the cost of the pool is already 220, we thought it was overestimated, well, we take it at this price. We made a second order. An order confirmation email has arrived. The phones are not answering. I wrote an email. We wrote a second time asking if there is such a store at all. I received an incomprehensible answer: "Hello! Our store exists. Of the 2,000 orders received daily, we are able to process 150. Therefore, you can try to leave the order again or contact a more free store. We apologize for the inconvenience." This is the only response from the store. The statuses of my orders in my personal account have become "canceled". The phones are still silent, I sent an email asking for suggestions on how to set aside a complaint in their complaint book, and silence in response. This pool model on the website now costs 359 with a discount. We have faced cancellations more than once, but always other stores called, explained the situation, and we either agreed to new conditions or canceled the order. And this is the first time we have met such disregard for the client.
