Review of the guest house "Maria Roberto" We have been coming here for four years in a row and have always chosen this place for its clean sandy beach and cozy atmosphere. The owners always welcomed us cordially, and the child said: "It's nice there, like Grandma's." This year, the management has changed, and, unfortunately, the old warmth and comfort are no longer there. The most unpleasant thing is the disco in the cafe under the balconies, which ends only after midnight. This has become a big problem for guests who want a relaxing holiday, because the music can be heard until late at night. In addition, the quality of the food in the cafe located on the ground floor of the Maria Roberto Guest House leaves much to be desired — you have to turn a blind eye to many things. If silence, comfort and good service are important to you, we strongly advise you to think carefully before booking this guest house.

There is also a kitchen with everything you need, you can cook by yourself. The sea is beyond the gate. It's a sandy beach, and you enter the sea along the sand, too, and your feet don't get stuck in the sand. Wild nature all around! A wonderful small private hotel. The hosts are wonderful people. They will help you with business and advice in any situation, even if it is not related to the hotel. Rooms range from budget rooms for 2000 to huge multi-room rooms for 10000. A nice dining room with homemade food and places for gatherings and barbecue. Always fresh pastries, which are prepared by the owners of the hotel. There is one drawback, as everyone writes in the reviews - music is playing loudly in a nearby cafe, but strictly until 24:00. We've been staying at this hotel for 6 years in a row, and the music doesn't bother us. Both we and the children are exhausted by the sea during the day, so we fall asleep perfectly to music, but I consider it necessary to note this nuance. Over the years, the owners of the hotel have become like family. For those who come here for the first time, I would like to emphasize the location of the hotel - it is indeed located on the first line of the sea, or rather, 35-37 meters from the gate of the hotel to the sea itself. And these 35 meters are a sandy beach, of which there are very few in Abkhazia. My rating is definitely 5/5 based on the totality of all factors.
