Our tour selected this hotel as it is so handy for the railway station. It's a big Soviet style hotel that has been fully refurbished and it can get pretty busy at reception if a train has come in. Nevertheless, our check-in receptionist got us checked in quickly, got our wifi sorted as we didn't have a Russian mobile so she used her phone to register us, and our room was on the 13th floor which gave a great view of the city's stupendous and beautiful train station. Breakfast was amazing; Russian champagne!!!! and a lovely Crimean herbal tea. The Cinema restaurant setting is nice too. Friendly staff let us store our bags before our onward train. It's a good choice if you are passing through and it's not at all far from the majestic boulevards of the central part of the city.

Забронировали номер на 2 взрослых и ребенка 10 лет с доп кроватью, приехали позже времени заселения, на ресепшене уточнили, что номер с доп кроватью, пришли в номер, кровати третьей нет… Мы были после 10 часов дороги на авто, уставшие, хотелось отдохнуть, на ресепшене девушка стоит хлопает глазами, даже не извинилась, пока мы заносили вещи, кровать принесли, поставили просто в штору, не подвинув. Мы опять звоним, приходит сотрудник, весь нервный и недовольный, начинает двигать при нас мебель, еще и хлопнул дверью, когда ушел. Потом пришла горничная застелить постель. Уважаемый персонал, готовьтесь к визиту гостей заранее, это ваша работа! Больше в этот отель ехать нет желания, 4 звездами даже и не пахнет…) и сервис ужасный! Данную ситуацию можно было уладить совсем по иному, и на ресепшене девушки, научитесь общаться, вы работаете с клиентами
