She could not help when seeking advice, as she does not speak Uzbek. This made it impossible to communicate normally and receive information about the product. I consider it unacceptable that a store located in Uzbekistan lacks staff capable of serving customers in the official language. I also consider it unacceptable for employees to use the phone during business hours when there are customers in the hall.
