I am informing you about the unsatisfactory quality of service in your store. During my visit, the employee was busy with the phone and did not pay attention to the customers. She could not help when seeking advice, as she does not speak Uzbek. This made it impossible to communicate normally and receive information about the product. I consider it unacceptable that a store located in Uzbekistan lacks staff capable of serving customers in the official language. I also consider it unacceptable for employees to use the phone during business hours when there are customers in the hall.
