This is an amazingly stylish, beautiful, new hotel. It is located almost on Republic Square, but not in the noisy epicenter, but through an archway into the courtyard. Amazing staff, especially liked the breakfast service. The breakfasts themselves are simply cosmic: there is absolutely everything and of very high quality - fresh fruits, champagne, cheeses and meat snacks, if you wish, you can cook an egg benedict with salmon or a national Armenian omelet with tomatoes. Desserts, national cuisine, delicious Movenpik coffee beans, waiters and managers will bring everything, tell you everything. Perfect. The rooms are large, new and stylish. The staff speaks Russian and English. We forgot our purse in the room and the staff helped us send it to another city by Yandex Delivery. We are grateful for everything. I can also mention some features as of July 21: construction is underway around the hotel, and some taxis could not reach the hotel properly. Construction workers apparently smoke, which can cause smoke to rise when the window is open in the room if the windows overlook the construction site. The spa is not open yet, it's a pity we didn't know this at the time of booking.

I've loved the Mövenpick brand for a long time. Almost every trip connected with these hotels left very pleasant memories. Therefore, I was looking forward to the opening of Mövenpick in Yerevan with great interest. I finally managed to spend four days here, and I can say right away that my expectations were fully fulfilled. The first thing I would like to mention is the service. During all this time, I have never encountered indifference or forced smiles. Absolutely every employee, from security guards to managers, sincerely tried to make their stay as comfortable as possible. It felt like you were the only guest in the hotel. This attitude is rare. The hotel itself is new, so everything here is exactly what you would like to see in a good five-star hotel: modern rooms, high-quality furniture, excellent plumbing, good coffee machines, magnificent beds and very pleasant cosmetics. I especially liked the soft terry towels and the overall feeling of freshness. If you really find fault, I didn't have enough of a small bedside table, but it's really a small thing. Breakfasts deserve a separate conversation. I wanted to wake up early for them, even when I really wanted to sleep. In addition to the impeccable service, there is a really impressive selection of dishes. For the first time, I met ginger and detox shots at breakfast, a large selection of Armenian pastries and national delicacies, excellent cheeses, cold cuts, fresh vegetables and fruits, delicious coffee and hot dishes that are prepared especially for you and brought directly to the table. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. For those traveling by car, there is a convenient underground parking. The location also turned out to be very good. Republic Square is literally less than a minute away on foot, while the hotel itself is located a little away from the main noise. If you take a room on a high floor, you can enjoy a very pleasant view of the city. The Internet worked without any complaints. The gym is a little more compact than in other places I've stayed in, but it's quite enough for a full workout. During my stay, the spa area, sauna and hammam had not yet been opened. According to the employees, they plan to launch them in the next few months. When this happens, I think the experience of the hotel will become even better. And in conclusion, I would like to thank the people who made this holiday exactly like this. Thanks to Anushi, Heghine and Aram from reception for the warm welcome, attention to detail and sincere desire to help in any situation. Thank you Liana, manager, for taking care of the guests and feeling that you are really welcome here. Thank you Serzh, bellman, for your kindness, help and good mood. Special thanks to Razmik, Breakfast Supervisor. The high level of breakfast organization, the attention to each guest and the atmosphere that reigns in the restaurant every morning are largely his merit. Thank you Meri for the excellent breakfast service. It is from such details that the impression of real hospitality is formed. And, of course, special thanks to Hovannes, F&B Director. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had doesn't appear by accident. There is a strong team and competent leadership behind this. As a result, Mövenpick Yerevan left extremely pleasant emotions. A beautiful new hotel, excellent location, excellent breakfasts, sincere service and a team that really loves what they do. Thank you to each of you. It's the people who make a good hotel truly special. And that's why I want to come back here.
