This is an amazingly stylish, beautiful, new hotel. It is located almost on Republic Square, but not in the noisy epicenter, but through an archway into the courtyard. Amazing staff, especially liked the breakfast service. The breakfasts themselves are simply cosmic: there is absolutely everything and of very high quality - fresh fruits, champagne, cheeses and meat snacks, if you wish, you can cook an egg benedict with salmon or a national Armenian omelet with tomatoes. Desserts, national cuisine, delicious Movenpik coffee beans, waiters and managers will bring everything, tell you everything. Perfect. The rooms are large, new and stylish. The staff speaks Russian and English. We forgot our purse in the room and the staff helped us send it to another city by Yandex Delivery. We are grateful for everything. I can also mention some features as of July 21: construction is underway around the hotel, and some taxis could not reach the hotel properly. Construction workers apparently smoke, which can cause smoke to rise when the window is open in the room if the windows overlook the construction site. The spa is not open yet, it's a pity we didn't know this at the time of booking.

I stayed at Movenpick Yerevan and was very pleased with the choice. The hotel is new, so everything looks fresh and modern: rooms, common areas, furniture, appliances — everything is in excellent condition. I especially liked that there is a sense of attention to detail and a desire to create a truly comfortable atmosphere for the guests. I would like to mention the work of the team separately. The staff is not just polite and friendly, but really hears the feedback. The staff responded quickly, professionally, and with a sincere desire to help. This is the case when the service is not limited to standard phrases, but manifests itself in specific actions. The good location, the calm atmosphere, the quality breakfasts and the high level of service made the stay very comfortable. It can be seen that the hotel strives not only to meet the expectations of the guests, but to exceed them. For me, Movenpick has become one of the most pleasant hotels in Yerevan, where I want to return again. I recommend it to those who appreciate modern comfort, attentive attitude and stable quality of service.

I've loved the Mövenpick brand for a long time. Almost every trip connected with these hotels left very pleasant memories. Therefore, I was looking forward to the opening of Mövenpick in Yerevan with great interest. I finally managed to spend four days here, and I can say right away that my expectations were fully fulfilled. The first thing I would like to mention is the service. During all this time, I have never encountered indifference or forced smiles. Absolutely every employee, from security guards to managers, sincerely tried to make their stay as comfortable as possible. It felt like you were the only guest in the hotel. This attitude is rare. The hotel itself is new, so everything here is exactly what you would like to see in a good five-star hotel: modern rooms, high-quality furniture, excellent plumbing, good coffee machines, magnificent beds and very pleasant cosmetics. I especially liked the soft terry towels and the overall feeling of freshness. If you really find fault, I didn't have enough of a small bedside table, but it's really a small thing. Breakfasts deserve a separate conversation. I wanted to wake up early for them, even when I really wanted to sleep. In addition to the impeccable service, there is a really impressive selection of dishes. For the first time, I met ginger and detox shots at breakfast, a large selection of Armenian pastries and national delicacies, excellent cheeses, cold cuts, fresh vegetables and fruits, delicious coffee and hot dishes that are prepared especially for you and brought directly to the table. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. For those traveling by car, there is a convenient underground parking. The location also turned out to be very good. Republic Square is literally less than a minute away on foot, while the hotel itself is located a little away from the main noise. If you take a room on a high floor, you can enjoy a very pleasant view of the city. The Internet worked without any complaints. The gym is a little more compact than in other places I've stayed in, but it's quite enough for a full workout. During my stay, the spa area, sauna and hammam had not yet been opened. According to the employees, they plan to launch them in the next few months. When this happens, I think the experience of the hotel will become even better. And in conclusion, I would like to thank the people who made this holiday exactly like this. Thanks to Anushi, Heghine and Aram from reception for the warm welcome, attention to detail and sincere desire to help in any situation. Thank you Liana, manager, for taking care of the guests and feeling that you are really welcome here. Thank you Serzh, bellman, for your kindness, help and good mood. Special thanks to Razmik, Breakfast Supervisor. The high level of breakfast organization, the attention to each guest and the atmosphere that reigns in the restaurant every morning are largely his merit. Thank you Meri for the excellent breakfast service. It is from such details that the impression of real hospitality is formed. And, of course, special thanks to Hovannes, F&B Director. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had doesn't appear by accident. There is a strong team and competent leadership behind this. As a result, Mövenpick Yerevan left extremely pleasant emotions. A beautiful new hotel, excellent location, excellent breakfasts, sincere service and a team that really loves what they do. Thank you to each of you. It's the people who make a good hotel truly special. And that's why I want to come back here.

Great new hotel, we were one of the first to check in. The hotel is very modern, cozy, comfortable rooms, excellent furniture, linen, cosmetics. The breakfasts in the restaurant are luxurious, like nowhere else in Yerevan. I would like to mention the staff separately, they are all very attentive, caring and helpful. For me, the best hotel in Yerevan. (we have been to Yerevan more than 10 times). Thank you all.

Breakfasts are expensive and quite inferior to many hotels in terms of content. The staff tries to be attentive and courteous, but so far not everything is working out (I had to call 2-3 times from the room with a simple request to bring a glass of champagne, because the first time they either forgot or scored. I was pleased that the bed linen is changed every day upon request. The standard room is very small. The location of the hotel is convenient, next to Republic Square.

A beautiful new hotel in colorful colors, which was obviously opened before it was ready to receive guests. We have encountered so many problems in four days that it is difficult to consider them accidental. Upon check-in, the room was stuffy and smelled of damp, stale towels. The air conditioner cooled the room for several hours. There is practically no sound insulation: you can hear footsteps in the hallway and everything that happens in the bathroom. An alarm light flashes brightly every few seconds right above the bed in the dark. Water is constantly leaking out of the shower stall — even two towels were not enough to clean up the puddle. There is a separate laundry room. They gave away five things, returned three, and at first claimed that there were no two T-shirts at all. I had to go to the laundry myself and spend about 40 minutes searching. The T-shirts were eventually found lying under a chair. They were washed and then brought in with a new additional bill. Later, some fruits, a small bottle of wine, and cakes from the sweet hour were placed in the room, apparently as an apology. The gesture is highly appreciated (we do not consume sweets or alcohol), but after losing things and wasting time, it would be more logical at least not to take money for their washing. * 2 days later, it was discovered that one of the T-shirts had shrunk in length during washing, which is a shame The most unpleasant situation occurred when paying for accommodation. On the third day, we received two phone calls reminding us to come down immediately and pay for the remaining three nights. The reception called the amount, which seemed to us too high. We asked to print out a detailed invoice. After long calculations, the employee reported that he was "a little mistaken," but the total amount turned out to be 30,000 drams less than originally announced. Without our verification, we could have been charged a substantial extra amount. This is an extremely serious mistake for the hotel. It was very cold at breakfast — I had to sit in my shirt and not eat food at a particularly relaxed pace. At exactly 10:30 a.m., while we were eating, the staff began defiantly wiping the tables nearby, although they said upon check-in that no one would rush after breakfast was over. It was not stated at the time of booking that the spa is not yet completed, and the gym is only partially open. This was reported after arrival, when the first night was paid for and we arrived with our belongings for four days. There was not even water in the hall and there was no toilet. The cleaner didn't refill the water on the first day, forgot the extra hangers and left the cupboards open. An hour later, it turned out that she had taken our hangers to the guests on another floor. Our underwear had not been changed even once, there were some crumbs on it after cleaning, the blanket was being shaken off. It is also impossible to drive up to the hotel with luggage normally: on the one hand, repairs, on the other — parking up to the entrance. At the check-out, I had to go with two suitcases to another hotel to get into a taxi. Both entrances look more like service entrances. We left in a terrible mood after staying at this hotel. Be sure to check the bills if your choice has already fallen on this hotel, and it is better to choose the neighbors. New things are not always good, as it turned out.

We were not in a hotel, but in a restaurant. You can enter it without being a resident of the hotel. On the first visit, we only took Movenpik ice cream, it speaks for itself. The second time we tried the dishes from the main menu, we liked everything very much. The prices are not cosmic. So I recommend it.
