I miss you so much!!! It was so warm in this hotel, just like visiting an Armenian family. Gohar is so good, very caring. The room was cozy, neat, and the atmosphere was homely. The water was running well. In general, I had previously looked at hotels of this price category in Yerevan - they had shared bathrooms (I don't understand how this is). There's a private bathroom in the room, plenty of towels, shampoos, soap, and brushes. Close to the center, 15 minutes at a leisurely pace, at the same time the opportunity to live in a picturesque area. Literally across the courtyard there is everything: shops, an exchange office, a small market, a food court, and you can dine here. I've been to many places, traveled almost all of India, the cities of Uzbekistan, but a rare hotel so sinks into my heart. Everyone is such a good person. For those who appreciate the local flavor and want to relax with their soul on an adequate budget, I recommend.

Positive. Location. Not far from the center, 20 min walk to Republic Square. The staff is friendly and tries to help. The water is hot, the pressure is good. The bed linen is not new, but it is clean. There is a refrigerator in the room. Slippers and a tooth.brush. One of the disadvantages. It's hard to find. We booked through booking, but the wrong address is indicated there. The taxi driver barely found the smell of dampness in the hotel. The mattress is terrible, the springs are digging in, it's impossible to sleep. But the worst part is that there is dust and dirt everywhere. The TV and air conditioner remotes, the handles are sticky with dirt, the curtains and tulle are streaked, haven't been washed in 10 years. Very unpleasant.
