A terrible store, I bought water cooling from Lian li, assembled the entire PC, and I see that there is just a piece of light on the display and there is no image there. I took it to them, they gave it to the supplier for inspection, they said that the floor was physical, although the case itself was not scratched in any way and I am sure that I did not hit anything in any way. I wrote a statement in defense of consumer rights, and also to a legal entity! I will also mention that the box itself was without the packaging film, so they decided to cram it in with a marriage and try to make me suffer? I won't just leave it like that, and I'll get every penny. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

The release date is the same. The serial number differs from each other by only 6 digits. A very cool approach to the customer and his request. Recommend. Respect to the store!!!!!

I would like to thank Vladislav and his colleague (unfortunately, I don't know his name) for their help in selecting components. Of the cons: of course, I would like to review warranty cases as soon as possible, but it is clear that they cannot do it in 2-3 days, but everything is within the time frame. There are also pleasant prices in the store and the longest warranty periods, which is also important.

I ordered RAM for delivery. The defective one arrived. They refused to pick her up by courier, I had to personally change all plans to fly to them and give them the RAM for diagnosis. They took me for diagnosis and designated 14 days. As a result, on the 12th day, they call me back confirming that it turned out to be defective (oh, shock, how so, because this was not originally mentioned). It also seemed funny how heroically the operator showed me customer orientation, noting the diagnosis carried out not in the 14 stated days, but in 12. I ask them to finally deliver a serviceable RAM to my house, to which I receive an answer that they are not obliged to deliver goods up to 5 kg. I have to break my plans again and fly to them to pick up the RAM. We have delivered the defective product and consider it successfully completed. They no longer consider it necessary to deliver high-quality goods. It is a pity that the store I previously respected has fallen to such a level. Customer orientation is 0/10.

It is not difficult to guess that no one answered the phone in the warranty department, attempts to call at least one of the public KST numbers again.They were also unsuccessful. Technically, everything is clear, I'm calling from mobile to mobile, my number is visible. I.e., if there are any problems, the store tries to jump off without communicating with the customer? Is this the case with warranty obligations?
