A terrible store, I bought water cooling from Lian li, assembled the entire PC, and I see that there is just a piece of light on the display and there is no image there. I took it to them, they gave it to the supplier for inspection, they said that the floor was physical, although the case itself was not scratched in any way and I am sure that I did not hit anything in any way. I wrote a statement in defense of consumer rights, and also to a legal entity! I will also mention that the box itself was without the packaging film, so they decided to cram it in with a marriage and try to make me suffer? I won't just leave it like that, and I'll get every penny. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

It's a great store, I've been using their services for many years. Wonderful people work at the pick-up point, which is also the service point. I had to contact the service (but as it turned out, everything was in order), and to replace the wrong motherboard model that was mistakenly ordered, I am very grateful for the individual approach and courtesy of the staff. I would like to thank Vladislav and his colleague (unfortunately, I don't know his name) for their help in selecting components. Of the cons: of course, I would like to review warranty cases as soon as possible, but it is clear that they cannot do it in 2-3 days, but everything is within the time frame. There are also pleasant prices in the store and the longest warranty periods, which is also important.
