I am very disappointed with my visit to this KFC. The room is completely unsanitary: the tables are dirty, garbage is scattered around, as if no one cleans here. The toilets are in terrible condition — dirty, unpleasant to use. Dust and food remains are also visible on the counters and waiting areas. Such an irresponsible attitude to cleanliness is simply unacceptable for a large restaurant chain. I hope the management will finally pay attention to these problems and take action.

Who walked, who chatted, who stood near the deep fryer for 20 minutes in a row looking at the phone. After waiting for the opening, it turned out that there was only a cheeseburger and nothing else. After receiving the receipt, they said that the waiting time would be 15 minutes, after 15 minutes nothing was ready except the potatoes that were fried for the opening. It tastes good, except that the oil has obviously been changed for a long time. With regard to the service, there was a feeling that there was some kind of cheap cafe in this place that was rebuilt into a kfc, and the staff was left. There is not much sense of politeness. Unless you can mention the woman who cleans the hall and the guard who also helped her, the hall is clean. If you are in a hurry and are used to having a quick meal in such places, then this is definitely not here, you will have to wait for your order for 15-30 minutes, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.
