We stayed in this guest house in July 2025 , we liked everything , We were greeted , the rooms were clean , the beds were comfortable , the bed was clean , the photos correspond to reality 5 minutes to the beach , the passage through the neighbors was a wonderful kitchen for self-cooking , it was important for us , I especially wanted to thank Margot , she always tells me everything , we bought pomegranate juice , Tangerine is very tasty! Ashot, Margot's husband kindly agreed to take us for a wonderful walk, we visited the canyon , the white rocks and went fishing at the trout farm, where we then prepared our catch. We had three families, it turned out to be much more profitable than if we had taken an excursion , and more fun , and of course I wanted to thank the hostess herself. we had a 4x room , but we were charged as 3x , since there were three of us . On the day of the child's departure, it was his birthday. The hostess treated him to coffee before departure and very tasty cakes. We will definitely come back! I would like to wish you prosperity and adequate guests.

We stayed at the guest house "Karat" from 10.07-16.07, 2025. We are 2 families (4 adults+3 children), respectively, we booked 2 rooms (3-bed and 4-bed) Margot met us, settled us promptly, and in rooms on the 1st floor overlooking a green lawn with thuja and a Playground (very nice and pleasant). I'll send you a photo of how the room, territory, gazebo, playground look now- it's very nice to be in this place! The air conditioning in the room is working well, the toilet with shower (everything is working, the pressure and water temperature are good), the refrigerator in the room is small (but it is there and saved us well!!!), TV, wardrobe - in short, everything is as in the photo! There are toilet sets (soap, shampoo), face and body towels for everyone! The bed linen and towels were changed after 3 days of stay, which was very pleasant! There is a shared kitchen, where there are plenty of kitchen utensils (plates, cups, glasses and everything you need), there was enough space for everyone to cook, everyone kept clean, which was also nice. Next to the kitchen there is a large veranda-terrace with tables, where we had breakfast, and many other guests had dinner there. It's a 3-4-minute walk to the sea after a couple of gates, and you're on a cool pebble beach with pine trees and the clearest sea! On the way, you can also sit in the cafe "Tis" to eat (fast delivery, everything is delicious, but not cheap), there are various stalls with souvenirs, clothes, fruits and all sorts of goodies. The hostess of the guest house is called Elvira, a pleasant, friendly woman, Margot is quick and cheerful, in charge of everything (receiving guests, settling in, cleaning, brings fresh herbs to the communal kitchen in the morning), sociable and friendly! So anyone who wants to relax in a pleasant atmosphere, not far from the sea, I RECOMMEND!

I finally found the time to write a review about my vacation this year at the Karat Hotel. My friends and I stopped by on June 30 to July 14 in rooms 13 and 14. We were greeted by the kind-hearted receptionist Margot. This is not our first time in this hotel, so we made a pleasant discount for accommodation.The room has everything you need. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, toilet paper. There is a summer veranda with a kitchen on the territory, where we cooked breakfasts and dinners, the barbecue area was always available. There is a mini playground for children. Another building is being built on the territory of the hotel, consisting of blocks and large windows. I think this case will be even better and more comfortable. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is clean, you can walk along the embankment, breathe in the clean pine air, play volleyball here, work out on simulators, swing on a swing. You can find a dining room nearby, souvenir shops, and beach clothes.Night cafes open in the evening. We rented a car and traveled independently to beautiful places. This is not our first time in Abkhazia, and everything has always been fine without any problems or emergencies.In order not to write that the reviews are fake, I will write about the disadvantages of rest for me personally. This is a weak Internet connection in the hotel, there was no Internet at all for the first three days, the bed linen was changed, but it was already far from ideal. I hope that I will visit this hotel more than once.I would like to wish the owners of this hotel to prosper and develop further.
