The Ista meter measurement specialist came and wanted to clean the meter by breaking the ball valve. After cleaning the meter, he left and did not record the valve failure in writing on his part, and finally said that the repair should be handled by the organization servicing my house, not Ista.

I want to express my gratitude to the employees of the organization for their sensitive and conscientious attitude: the heating readings on the meters in the apartment, as it turned out, suspiciously exceeded the "norm", the company's employees noticed this and on their own initiative called, offered to check everything and sort out the situation. A polite master arrived at a convenient time, and it turned out that the meter broke down, the readings were incorrect, they were taken away for replacement (replacement at state rates and simply included in the fat), as a result, you do not have to pay a huge overspend, as you would have to according to the "counted" faulty meter readings. It is very pleasant to have such an attitude, because by and large, did they need it?? :) After all, this is not part of the direct duties, but they intervened and resolved the issue. Once again, I am convinced that the same people work everywhere as we all do, and the chance to get to the good guys-girls who just like that will help in a human way leaves a very pleasant feeling.
