Their paper is of poor quality, with proper storage, the corners curl up, spoil the printer, they were taken a couple of times, then stopped. The ink gives bad shades and fades quickly, there are a lot of complaints from customers about photo magnets, especially, even the light-resistant ink that they advertise, all this is a hoax, the quality is getting worse and worse every year, and the service too. Equipment purchased from Ink systems fails twice as often as equipment purchased elsewhere. The equipment is sold more expensive than competitors, outdated models. The question is why ink was taken for so many years, I just didn't want to wash the printers that were originally filled with their ink and warn customers that the images would fade quickly. We have been working with them for 15 years both as sole proprietors and LLC, and as individuals, but alas, even in simple matters we stopped going to meetings, formal unsubscriptions and communication, we advise you to look for a more reliable partner.

In 2019, I bought an Epson XP 352/355 MFP, it was delivered, everything is working well. Then I ordered a set of consumables (ink) for delivery, the order was accepted and that's it, the order was delivered on the website, but nothing was actually received (fortunately, the payment was made). On 12/13/2025, I also ordered a set of consumables delivered by belpost, the order was accepted, and the text message said "Wait for the operator to call." The next day, no one called. I decided to write to support on 12/16/2025 and find out about the order, which I need a tech specialist for.support replied that your order would have to be shipped on 12/17/2025 and that you should expect an SMS with a tracking code. 22:00 On 12/17/2025, there is no SMS with a track code and, I think, there will not be. Once again, the order is simply not sent. There are 4 orders in the screenshot, of which only the 2019 order for the MFP was completed, the new order did not appear in My Orders at all.
