☕ 🍋‍🟩 1. A cozy little spot hidden in a courtyard near Alliance Palace, Magnolia, and McDonald's. 2. Not easy to notice from the street, but very popular among fans of healthy food - and others too. 3. Open from 9:00 to 12:00 for breakfast: omelets with various toppings. 4. Signature green waffles made with spinach - tasty and unique (I plan to try them next visit). 5. Menu includes coffee drinks, tea, lemonades, and protein shakes. 6. I tried the Americano - smooth and satisfying. 7. Also had the pink berries marshmallow - slightly rubbery, but tasty. 8. Cream soups and fresh salads are also available. 9. Upstairs there's a kids’ playroom and a quiet workspace. 10. Friendly atmosphere, good for families, freelancers, and anyone looking for a peaceful break. 11. Worth finding even if it’s tucked away - many locals love it. 12. Great mix of comfort, health, and creativity. Милое место во дворе рядом с Альянс Палас. Завтраки, зелёные вафли (планирую попробовать), хороший американо, маршмеллоу с ягодами - слегка резиновый, но вкусный. Есть детская зона и рабочее пространство. მყუდრო კაფე ალიანს პალასთან. საუზმე, ისპანახის ვაფლები (ვაპირებ გასინჯვას), კარგი ამერიკანო, მარშმელოუ - ოდნავ რეზინისმაგვარი, მაგრამ გემრიელი. ბავშვებისთვის და სამუშაო სივრცე.

Very neat and tidy place! The atmosphere is nice for an early morning. The coffee was really good. Delicious waffles.

Delicious waffles and coffee 🫶🏼 A great place to have breakfast in Batumi. Not far from the embankment. Very friendly Russian-speaking staff. Cozy atmosphere and fast delivery 👍🏼
