Everything is great. It's not the first time we've been here. The owners are great people! Friendly, friendly people. Parking in the yard. The sea is 3-5 minutes away on foot.to the shops as well. The rooms are clean, air conditioning,TV,wi-fi,shower, toilet. A large courtyard, two summer kitchens, if you want to cook yourself, you don't want to have a cafe nearby.the sea is super-especially in the morning, the surface is smooth, the water is clear, the children are delighted. We will definitely come back every year!

The guest House at Vartan and Susanna's, not a house, but just a charm!We came here on the recommendation of friends.We got from the airport quickly, there were 10 people at the border, you can arrange a transfer in advance.There is a wonderful kitchen where you can cook, a stove, refrigerators, a hall with tables, or you can cook and eat on the veranda, and look at the garden and mountains.The room is cozy, with a TV, a huge bed, and a bathroom, the Internet is working.Rooms on the first and second floors.There is a barbecue area in the courtyard where you can roast a barbecue or bake vegetables.There are many shops and shops around where you can buy everything for relaxation, delicious, and most importantly local juices, kvass, wine, cheese, eggs, fruits and vegetables.There are 7 houses to the sea...clean.Very hospitable hosts, we live like relatives.Yes...there is a swing for children, large and comfortable.

A great place, five minutes walk to the sea, the rooms are clean, the hosts are wonderful people. I rested there from 06/18/2023 to 06/26/2023, I did not find a single minus, a large parking lot for cars in the yard, guarded by a dog. Susana and Vartan! If you go on vacation, then only to them.
