I do not recommend using this service, the passenger is not protected in any way. I ordered a taxi to the airport, they sent me a number, and I didn't receive any notification that the driver had accepted the order. In the morning, I started contacting the driver to clarify whether he would arrive, he did not respond to messages, when he called, he was told that the room was not serviced. I wrote to the support service, asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. To which I receive a dry reply that the tariff is non-refundable. But I'm on my way to the airport and I don't understand if the driver is coming, is that how you can work? In general, the money was not returned. I will never use this service again.

Please do not see each other on this taxi order aggregator. These are scammers. I ordered and paid 100% for a taxi a day before the plane arrived. They don't say a word that in case of cancellation of the transfer, the money will not be refunded. As a result, my flight was canceled, I warned them and started writing to them 6 hours before the transfer. And no one returned the money to me... the trip cost 22 tr Hurghada - Sharm el-Sheikh. If it's important for you not to lose money and nerves, look for another taxi website.

I want to warn you about this "service". This is a classic divorce scheme. I needed a transfer from Paphos Airport to a hotel in Paphos. Arranged that the order can be paid with a Mir card. As a result, they accept the application and after about 30-40 minutes an offer arrives indicating the car and the driver's phone number and even a small discount. I paid for the order with a card. The payment went through without any problems. Upon arrival, you see in your WhatsApp an alleged attempt by the driver to contact. And you will receive a notification from Gettransfer that the driver was unable to fulfill your order. In the future, you will contact gettransfer.com demanding a refund for unproven services. They promptly send you a questionnaire to fill out. I filled out the questionnaire and sent it. This completes the cycle of deception. I ordered a VIP transfer (Volswagen Transporter 07BFL136 machine from Antalya airport to the hotel and back. I paid for the trip in Moscow with a card 2 days before the trip. I was afraid that I would not find my driver, because there are a lot of greeters with signs. The driver helped me carry my luggage from the A/p building to the car. The air conditioner was working in the car and there were bottles of water, which was very useful (the heat was 38 g) In 20 minutes we were there. Despite the late arrival, I had no feeling of fear for my safety. At the end of the rest, I wrote to him in WA with a reminder to pick up the car at 6 a.m. At exactly 6 a.m., he drove up and drove to Antalya airport with comfort (air conditioning + water). On July 10, 2024, I ordered a taxi in Bulgaria from Sofia airport to Lozenets through them, paid 174 euros. My flight was slightly delayed, which I immediately warned them about and received confirmation from the taxi driver that he would wait for us, there are no problems. Upon arrival, the taxi driver refused to take us, because, according to him, the company did not transfer money to him, and agrees to take us only for cash. Since I was with my family and it was already late, let's go. The trip cost an additional 200 euros. The company refused to return the 174 euros paid, allegedly it had already transferred them to the taxi driver. But I saw on the taxi driver's phone that he canceled the trip in correspondence with the company and it is unlikely that they transferred the money to him. In general, this is a company of scammers, and perhaps taxi drivers also work with them in conjunction. I do not recommend using their services to anyone if you do not want to lose money.

I have written to support through the app and have not received any responses. I'm at an airport in a foreign country, there are no answers, I have to re-order a taxi on my own, I pay money for the trip again. I think, well, they will probably answer a little later, and we will resolve the issue of a refund, or arrange a transfer back to the airport when I fly home. The next day, I get an answer that they were waiting for me for an hour, and according to their rules, if I didn't arrive within an hour, then no one would wait for me. The website says that the free waiting time is 60 minutes. Well ok. I warned you that the plane was delayed and I would be late. It happens that planes are delayed. But no one returned anything to me, and they did not negotiate with me. I even suggested that you could take me back for half the price. I'll pay for half of it. Nope. Just no, that's all. Then write on the website that they will not wait for you for more than an hour and the money will not be refunded if you are late. On my own, I can recommend that when ordering a car, pay attention to the rating of a particular driver. From practice, it turns out that the lower the rating, the worse the service: it may not wait with a sign, it may ask for an additional payment for water and tips.

There are no advantages. Three pre-arranged and paid trips to the UAE did not take place. Of which, twice the drivers asked to cancel the trip! It's certainly fun, i.e. you have to leave yourself without money and travel!! The third transfer, which was supposed to take place to the airport, was ignored altogether: the driver did not arrive, and did not write / call. I will start with the fact that I have been familiar with the Gettranfer company for several years and used their services several times about 4 years ago and everything was always clear and without complaints! But now something incredible is happening with this company... A few days ago, I once again ordered a transfer to the group from them, the transfer was confirmed, the payment was successfully completed, and this is far from a small amount, 20,000 rubles, after a while the driver unsubscribed to me that he would not take us and made a cancellation. The Gettransfer offered to make an additional payment 2 times more than the original price, an additional payment to the original amount, well, as if the final amount would end up 3 times more. Naturally, these conditions did not suit us. As a result, the service has not been rendered, the Gettransfer does not remove the tube, and does not return the money. Well, it's good that the driver warned us in advance, but what would we do at the airport in a foreign country without communication with suitcases and with so many people? In general, as it became clear, the point is that the Gettransfer sets one price, the customer pays, then they report that they cannot fulfill the order for this cost and significantly increase it, forcing them to pay.If the client does not agree to the surcharge, they do not refund the money, but at best they will transfer it to the account balance for further use, BUT: who will then take such a risk and order a transfer from them again so as not to be met??? It is impossible to reach them at all, it is unrealistic to solve the issues, negative reviews about themselves in VK are promptly wiped! I do not advise contacting Gettransfer in order to avoid losing time, money and health! And all my many tourists, who have always been advised only by this company, are now actively weaning them off! Unfortunately, good things come to an end sometime.… I will give advice to those who still fell for the bait of this unscrupulous company - try to quickly challenge the operation in your bank, you will have a chance to get your money back, as I did!

The car was ordered in advance on 06/10/2023 at 8:30 a.m. at the Antalya Airport terminal. When leaving the airport, there was no driver with a sign. We waited 40 minutes. The receptionist on the phone said that there was free Wi-Fi at the airport and she could be contacted. There was no free Wi-Fi at the airport. There were only 30 minutes that could be connected through some kind of "Kiosk" that could not be found and no one could tell. I had to ask the local guides for help so that they could contact the administrator. At first they told me to go to one place. They waited there for another 10 minutes, and the driver was still missing. Then we went back to the guides and waited there. And it was only from the second call that the driver came unhurriedly. As a result, they did not leave at 8:30, but at 9:30. The service is extremely dubious. According to the guide, drivers sometimes do not come at all, the general transfer leaves and the person has to pay a second time for a local taxi.

Gettransfer does not send drivers confirmation in advance that they will definitely arrive. In this regard, when I contacted support, it turned out that at the hour of the start of the trip, the driver reported that his car broke down, I think he just forgot or was not going to go at all. The support staff promised to find another car within an hour, after which they sent a message that they could provide a car if I paid 80€ extra. I think this is blatant arrogance - the service does not fulfill its obligations, but requires additional money. As a result, I found a taxi myself, Gettransfer issued a refund, but it has not yet been implemented, although more than two weeks have passed.

We ordered a couple of trips: first to move around Georgia, then separately from Tbilisi to Yerevan. It worked with different drivers, but we are happy with everyone. Either support or the drivers themselves are in touch via messengers. One confused the collection point and had to wait, partially refunded the cost. For big trips 👍

Gettransfer was once a decent service. Once. We ordered a transfer from the airport, arrived, there is no driver, he does not respond to messages. It would seem, well, it happens, he's late, he forgot, the cat got sick. But you, as a passenger, are left with a one-on-one problem. The service does not have any online support except to send an email. No chat on the website/in the app, no chat in messengers, nothing. Yes, here we are sitting at the airport after a long flight and writing you emails, waiting for hours for an answer - is that how you imagine it? And, actually, where is the service? Is it just that you have previously connected the client with the driver? And where is the control of the transfer itself and the prompt solution of problems that are not related to the client? No answers are needed, everyone has seen and understood everything. Needless to say, a month later, the money for the failed transfer was not returned? All this causes not even anger, but misunderstanding.
