Please do not see each other on this taxi order aggregator. These are scammers. I ordered and paid 100% for a taxi a day before the plane arrived. They don't say a word that in case of cancellation of the transfer, the money will not be refunded. As a result, my flight was canceled, I warned them and started writing to them 6 hours before the transfer. And no one returned the money to me... the trip cost 22 tr Hurghada - Sharm el-Sheikh. If it's important for you not to lose money and nerves, look for another taxi website.

Добрый день, заказывали индивидуальный трансфер через туроператора, подтверждение бронирования пришло от данной компании. Маршрут аэропорт Шарм-эль-Шейх - отель и обратно. Был заказан автомобиль SUV, в описании к бронированию пришло указание на марку автомобиля, модель, год выпуска и оснащение, с номером телефона водителя. По итогу из аэропорта поехали на старенькой легковушке, которая не соответствовала оплаченной услуге. Обратно из отеля водитель опоздал, приехал другой автомобиль. На номера телефонов водители не отвечают, кое-как разобрались с вопросом с консьержем от туроператора (за отдельную оплату его заказывали). По факту данной трансферной компанией никому не рекомендую пользоваться.

I used it three times only because I was a small child, and all three times with some problems: there is no driver with a sign, we are looking for him, turning circles for 40 minutes, or he won't arrive at all.…I ordered a round-trip transfer in Istanbul, but I didn't come back at all... it's good that, knowing this transfer as an unreliable service provider, they didn't wait longer than 15 minutes and moved out on their own with a small child and a decent-sized carry-on..at the same time, the money is not small. They promised to find out about the support, but I don't really hope.. In general, I do not recommend it.
