Constant punctuality, calmness worthy of the best praise, inexhaustible optimism, enthusiasm based on knowledge of Tbilisi, people and their business. Giorgi accompanied us from the beginning to the conclusion of the contract: every week he sent 6-7 options for viewing, organized screenings, kept the process on time. At the stage of agreeing on the terms of the contract, he became a strong mediator between us and the hostess: he relieved our tension at the time of discussing the terms. The contract was drawn up in 2 languages, in a beautiful branded folder(🥰). We came with a complicated case and a detailed wish list in advance — about a month in advance. And during this period, we received the best option for our budget: exactly the kind of housing I dreamed of (even thought about for the New Year). It is worth mentioning that over the past 4 years we have already applied to Giorgi for the second time — we needed to expand the area — and again we got an excellent result. Usually, finding an apartment in Tbilisi is a lottery and compromises, but the guys from Flip Flat have turned this process into an art. We found a picture in 1 day. What struck me the most: the agency has its own internal filter. They don't discount everything, but select really stylish, aesthetic options in nice and comfortable areas. During the screenings (which I was taken to by the agency's car, which is a separate thrill), it became clear how deeply the guys know the city. They know who the developer of each building is, what features or pitfalls are hidden in a particular residential complex, and strictly control the quality of what they offer. The task was to quickly find a good apartment in Tbilisi for long-term rent. We turned to the guys from FlipFlat, they have convenient bots in tg, where you can specify the areas, the preferred amount for the future apartment. Within a few days, there were 5 options. Maxim, the realtor, organized the meetings so that in one day we looked at everything one by one and immediately made a decision. I would also like to note that while we were looking at the options, Max talked about the districts, how to get there, which parks, and what was interesting. As newbies in Tbilisi, we really liked it. And even after signing the contract, they do not abandon their clients and help with any questions during the entire rental period!
