We rented a house for a day and were very satisfied! Clean, cozy, everything fits the description. The hosts are friendly, the check-in was quick and without problems. A great place to stay, we will definitely come back again!

We rented an Exclusive cottage for the umpteenth time (early 2025). The first few times were quite bearable. But this time everything was so neglected that we were horrified. The house is dirty, the dust is thick (photo attached). There was a pack of cigarettes on the battery of one of the rooms (I also attach a photo). The rooms are so dusty that half of the guests have swollen nose and throat and couldn't fall asleep until morning. There was trash and other people's hair on the floor in the bathrooms. The walls in the bathrooms are stained with something. The bed linen was NOT WASHED, it was clearly clear that someone had already used it before us. There was only fresh bedding in one room. The towels looked and smelled as if they had been washed for the hundredth time simply in water, without disinfectants. Cooking in the kitchen is impossible. Everything is dirty, as if rinsed hastily. Cutting boards stink so much that they can resurrect the dead. The sink also stinks (it's a pity, the smells can't be conveyed in the reviews). The knives are absolutely blunt, it was difficult to cut the bread. The tables were dirty, covered with leftovers and grease, and I had to wash them (sorry, they didn't think to take pictures). They unwrapped the tablecloth — it's right in the middle stained with tea leaves, also unwashed. The water filter is so old and dirty that it is safer to drink water from the tap. The paper towels in the kitchen were obviously unwound and wound back onto the sleeve (it's scary to imagine where they went when unwound). At the same time, there were so few of them (the sleeve was wrapped 5 times) that I had to go after my own. In general, there was not enough of everything: there were not even enough cloth towels for half of the guests, toilet paper was flush, there was no soap in the dispenser on the second floor at all, shampoo was diluted with water and did not foam, there was one towel in the kitchen (there used to be three). We had to go get our water, boards, knives, baking sheets, towels, etc. A separate topic is equipment and instructions. This time there was only one wireless microphone and it was wired — it worked every other time. I also had to take my own batteries, the ones provided by the cottage were dead. The second microphone turned out to be wired (previously both were wireless) and its presence made no sense: it did not increase the volume of the voice at all. I couldn't sing duets. The owner forces the cleaning lady to do the work: wash the dishes, sweep the floor and take out the garbage bags outside the cottage. There are strange instructions for using the house everywhere, but how to use the equipment, microphones, stove and other complex equipment is unclear. We spent 3 hours figuring out how to use the equipment, because it didn't work the last time. You can not walk around the house in shoes, while renting slippers costs 5 rubles per pair (in addition to rent). It is impossible to walk in socks, the floor is dirty. It seems to have been washed, but not everywhere, and it's very buggy. The walls between the rooms on the second floor are made of cardboard: conversations and the sound of shuffling slippers can be heard from one room, with the doors in both rooms closed. Double-glazed windows do not protect from external noise: from 7:30 the continuous noise of cars begins and it is impossible to sleep. What was good this time? A bouquet of silicone tulips in the kitchen and a bathroom on the second floor (not a room, but the bathroom itself). They were the only ones in the whole cottage that were clean. The contract stipulates that the cottage "complies with sanitary and hygienic standards," we were forced to sign it because there was no time to leave for another place. But there is no trace of this correspondence. Anyway, it was the third and last time. Absolute disrespect for the guests and non-fulfillment of contractual obligations. We will no longer rent any of the three cottages from this owner (dom4 point by website).
