A hotel with digital service, no reception, no maids. The entrance is on a narrow street, there is also a parking lot with electric charging. The entrance is through an electronic lock, we have a room with a kitchen, an electric cooker, a refrigerator, etc. The room is clean, linen and towels are new, there are no bathrobes. No breakfast. One of the inconveniences is the prolonged barking of guard dogs at night, possibly the local detention center on the next street.Nearby there are many architectural attractions, restaurants, cafes, a pedestrian street with souvenir shops. Grodno has many parks, courtyards with front gardens, bridges, park fences, and many old oaks, lime trees, robinias, chestnuts, and ash trees. The air is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, stress-free..

Отель не просто так называется Дизайн отелем - там действительно дизайн номеров высокого уровня! Рассматривала детали, сочетания цветов, как подобрана мебель, как выполнена лестница, отделку кухонного уголка - все заслуживает похвалы! Детям (14 и 17 лет) номер тоже понравился сразу, и теперь говорят, что это был лучший отель в путешествии по Беларуси! У меня тоже нет никаких претензий. Все чисто, все необходимое есть, расположение отличное! Машину поставили на парковку рядом и она ни разу не понадобилась, потому что все в шаговой доступности. На семью из 4 человек номер 31 оказался очень удобным. Все продумано и сделано качественно для уютного и комфортного размещения. Рекомендую однозначно!

The room is clean, the linen and towels are new. Among the inconveniences, when the windows are open in the morning, the prolonged barking of guard dogs from the detention center is especially audible. But we were in the summer, the windows were closed, the air conditioner was turned on. Recommendation - it would be nice to provide a washing machine.
