A hotel with digital service, no reception, no maids. The entrance is on a narrow street, there is also a parking lot with electric charging. The entrance is through an electronic lock, we have a room with a kitchen, an electric cooker, a refrigerator, etc. The room is clean, linen and towels are new, there are no bathrobes. No breakfast. One of the inconveniences is the prolonged barking of guard dogs at night, possibly the local detention center on the next street.Nearby there are many architectural attractions, restaurants, cafes, a pedestrian street with souvenir shops. Grodno has many parks, courtyards with front gardens, bridges, park fences, and many old oaks, lime trees, robinias, chestnuts, and ash trees. The air is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, stress-free..

It's an amazing place! I am thrilled and will definitely come back here again!!! It was clean, beautiful, conveniently located, an amazing mattress, very comfortable, you can drink water from the tap, there was a TV and Wi-Fi, but we hardly used it, admired the beauty of the city. On the downside, there is no refrigerator or cupboard, but we (in early March) it wasn't necessary, but in the summer, a refrigerator might have been useful. I highly recommend this place and thank you for your hospitality.

The very first thing I would like to note is that the price of the hotel is clearly too high and does not correspond to the level. In general, room 21 (we had) is quite neat: a double bed, a kitchenette, a TV (but without channels, but with the ability to connect your device and broadcast only your content on the screen). Slippers are the cheapest transparent ones. Rather tired plumbing with smudges on the glass in the shower, the smell of dampness, a layer of dust on the hood. The location in the center is both a plus and a minus. The hotel is located right next to the central market square and Sovetskaya pedestrian street, but there is also a city prison nearby, and dogs start barking there from 7-7:30 in the morning, and this continues all day. One more thing: the hotel has a deep water purification system, thanks to which soap from the hands, as well as shampoo from the head, simply does not wash off. The air conditioner is not turned on, it works in conjunction with the heating. The battery is cold, but the air conditioner is not working. There is no drinking water in the room - only from the tap. WiFi must be connected every time you return to the room - enter your username and password. Communication with the hotel is only via messengers, there is no one physically nearby. Our city guide, a local resident, was surprised to note that she very rarely picks up her guests from here. And in Yandex Travel, where you booked, it says about your own parking. So there is no such thing - only a general urban one, where there are usually no places.
