In January 2026, we were a large company (18 people) living in the guest house "Douglas", in the largest three-storey house with 24 rooms. "Douglas" is located in a wooded area (this is the Mussero-Pitsunda Nature Reserve), the air is very clean, it smells of pine needles. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace, through a cypress alley. The friendly host is Daur, he will always explain and tell you everything. The rooms are very clean, tidy, the house itself is made of wood, the interior is also decorated with wood. Our room was a double room, but in addition to a comfortable double bed, there was also a full double bed. There is parking for cars. The center of Pitsunda is also within walking distance. We had breakfast and dinner at the Teremok cafe in the center. I recommend this place to stay in Pitsunda.

She lived in room 22. Double bed and single bed. The room is spacious and clean. Everything is new. The room has air conditioning and an electric kettle. There is a kitchen, a washing machine. A car can be parked on the premises. It takes 7 minutes to get to the sea in a straight line. We had lunch in the city center at the Teremok cafe. Very tasty)

At the moment, we are vacationing here in the conditional off-season- the weather is not the best and only on June 1. But the guest house itself is cool! The territory is comfortable and aesthetically decorated. The beach is 4 minutes away. There are a lot of food outlets and shops/stalls around. The rooms are spacious. Everything you need is there. The owners of a broad soul are people! There is no sound insulation, but we have a log cabin ourselves, and therefore this is expected for us. But the filling of the rooms is great. Highly recommended. And off-season prices are minus x 2, of course.
