I stayed at Domina Pulkovo Hotel recently and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. 🔹 Location: The hotel is far from the city center and surrounded by highways, which makes transportation difficult. There are no nearby attractions or public transport options. A free shuttle service should be provided — but sadly, it’s not. 🔹 Room Facilities: The bathroom lacks basic hygiene features such as water or a bidet, which is very inconvenient, especially for international guests. 🔹 Breakfast: The most disappointing part. The included breakfast is served in a dark, poorly equipped room with very limited options — no eggs, no hot dishes. A better breakfast is available only at extra cost in another hall. This separation is not professional and feels unfair. The staff were polite, but the overall experience does not match the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

Me and my family were travelling from Finland via Estonia to Russia and this place has been chosen randomly just because i decided not to book other place close to this area. Honestly this was best place i have ever booked and my family was happy to stay there even longer. Accomodation was fast, easy and pleasant. We got our keys and went to our room. The room was modern and perfectly clean like we were first people who stayed there. It had small kitchen with all nececcasy things like utencils, cups, etc. Shower was really great after long road all towels and bathrobe were clean and smelt good. There was shampoo, soap, conditioner. Our daughter felt in love with the bed. Bed was soft and high and 1.5 yo girl started climbing up and down the bed and finally slept without doubt. We rented a car nearby and there was enough parking plots. In the aftenoon after delicious food we decided to walk around this place via park. The park is big and had enough light so we can see our daught playing, running, looking at ducks in the pond. Looking forward to stay there one more time

Clean and comfy but not so good if you don t speak Russian. Even most of the receptionists doesn’t speak english and none of service stuff. Not expected if you consider as a five star hotel.
