I stayed at Domina Pulkovo Hotel recently and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. 🔹 Location: The hotel is far from the city center and surrounded by highways, which makes transportation difficult. There are no nearby attractions or public transport options. A free shuttle service should be provided — but sadly, it’s not. 🔹 Room Facilities: The bathroom lacks basic hygiene features such as water or a bidet, which is very inconvenient, especially for international guests. 🔹 Breakfast: The most disappointing part. The included breakfast is served in a dark, poorly equipped room with very limited options — no eggs, no hot dishes. A better breakfast is available only at extra cost in another hall. This separation is not professional and feels unfair. The staff were polite, but the overall experience does not match the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.
