I approached the employee Daria, according to her, a reservation was made at the same second and 2 pcs were out of stock and she could not find the third one. I asked if there was any equivalent for this price, she said wait a minute and left. A minute later, another employee, Ilya, came and led me to a rack with cables. There was no cable there, and he said there was nothing else he could do. At the same moment I place an order on the website, the order goes through and I go to the counter where the same Ilya, after searching a little on the shelf, gives it to me. Bottom line, disgusting customer service. Employee Daria didn't even consider it necessary to look for a cable, and it was easier for her to come up with a story that they were all armored.
