The territory is green, there is a trampoline, a swing and several gazebos for eating outside, a barbecue. My family and I have been vacationing in this guest house for about 10 years, almost from the very opening. Before that, we had seen and experienced everything in the same Abkhazia ! Maybe I wanted to write something bad, but it just isn't there! Lyudmila Petrovna is always friendly and kind.He always tries to help in any situation. The staff is very correct and hardworking. The hotel is always very clean. The territory is getting prettier every year .There is a kitchen - dining room where you can cook your own meals, which significantly reduces the cost of rest. I read some negative reviews and just couldn't believe it! Dear vacationers, if you don't like it, turn your head, there are plenty of hotels around for every budget! And in order to enjoy the location of the room, you must book in advance - as in all popular holiday destinations! We consider DIONYSIUM to be the best in this price category!

We had a rest in Abkhazia from 07/17/2025 to 07/24/2025 at the guest house "Dionysius". A 5-minute walk from the sea. We booked a 3-room suite. The room includes: 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds), kitchen (washing machine, microwave, kettle, gas-electric stove, oven, refrigerator, set of tableware, pots, frying pan, cutlery), balcony. Towels are provided. There are air conditioners in the two bedrooms and the kitchen. The room is very clean. Friendly staff. The room is cleaned daily if you need it. There is also a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stoves and cutlery in the courtyard. If you do not want to cook, there is a cafe "Scarlet Sails" at the entrance to the territory of the guest house "Dionysius". The cafe is also very good, they cook fast and tasty enough, and the prices are reasonable. The parking lot is located in the backyard on a small hill in a heavy downpour, no flooding was observed, although there is not enough canopy over the cars, but these are the wishes =) In general, we express our special thanks to all the staff and the owner of this territory, we plan to return to this place again next year.
