If you order a parcel before the weekend, then keep in mind that the delivery time before ordering from the store, in my case from the Technologist, does not take into account Saturday and Sunday. That is, if you are told that it will be delivered via DHL within three days, then DHL, when it picks up the parcel from the store, will write to you that the delivery will take longer. Then you will find out why and it will turn out that you placed the order on Thursday or Friday. That's what happened to me. I ordered on Thursday, but they said the delivery date was Tuesday. While spending my own time tracking the parcel, I found out that it was already in my city on Saturday. I had to spend money on a taxi myself to pick her up earlier, and that's double the fee. Draw conclusions.

I ordered a phone sent by this service, not only was it brought on a weekday at 11.30 (three days ahead of schedule), they did not warn me beforehand. The courier refused to wait, since I was at work, he demanded that I show up immediately, and after I couldn't leave work on my own, he took off my order, which I found out about a few days later.I consider these actions to be unacceptable and not correct. I highly do not recommend this delivery company.

I ordered the import or so-called "fence" of jewelry from Russia, having previously called the main office, where I was assured that this service was available to DHL customers, in the office at 40 Republic Avenue, Karaganda, I was also assured that this was not a problem for them. Everything was processed, I paid in full 28340 tons. Then the manager in Russia itself called the sender and found out that it was a piece of jewelry, simply refused the service, saying that this service was not provided by DHL. Now I returned to this office the next day and asked for a refund of my funds, since the service was not provided. But it turned out to be a problem of universal scale for the staff of this branch. I spent almost 2 hours while the girls figured out what the problem was, then how to make a refund correctly, then how to make this refund. Nonsense in my opinion...
