That is, if you are told that it will be delivered via DHL within three days, then DHL, when it picks up the parcel from the store, will write to you that the delivery will take longer. Then you will find out why and it will turn out that you placed the order on Thursday or Friday. That's what happened to me. I ordered on Thursday, but they said the delivery date was Tuesday. While spending my own time tracking the parcel, I found out that it was already in my city on Saturday. I had to spend money on a taxi myself to pick her up earlier, and that's double the fee. I ordered a phone sent by this service, not only was it brought on a weekday at 11.30 (three days ahead of schedule), they did not warn me beforehand. The courier refused to wait, since I was at work, he demanded that I show up immediately, and after I couldn't leave work on my own, he took off my order, which I found out about a few days later.I consider these actions to be unacceptable and not correct.
