Great hotel. 5 minutes to the academy, 15 minutes to the cascade. The room is clean, spacious and bright enough. The air conditioner works like a climate control, it does an excellent job. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available from Dave. The breakfasts are just great. Delicious and varied. The staff is very friendly. There was no refrigerator, the neighbors had it. Definitely recommend it!

Everything is clean, cleaning every day. Helpful staff. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms have everything, including even disposable combs, toothbrushes, shaving machines. Terry dressing gowns and slippers.

One of the best hotels in Yerevan. 6000 per room. The room has tea, coffee, kettle, several types of towels, slippers, bathrobe, and all hygiene items. One of the best breakfast buffets with a wide variety. A sauna and a swimming pool can be booked from 10 to 22. The staff is friendly. There is a convenience store nearby. It's not the first time I've stayed here. I'll come back here on arrival.
