We stayed at the Delphin Palac Hotel from 05/15/2026 to 05/24/2026. We were a little unlucky with the weather, although there were sunny days during this period, but it was a little windy and the sea was more exciting than calm. But the hotel liked everything, starting with the check-in. The very friendly reception staff (they speak several languages) took into account all our wishes when checking in, offered two rooms to choose from, especially thanks to Caroline. Our room 2117 was on the 2nd floor. It's not very high, but it's beautiful, with a view of the neighboring Dolphin Imperial Hotel and the beautiful sea, although the room is considered to have a side view of the sea. The room was quite spacious with one double bed and one single, also a comfortable bed. We were given beach bags upon check-in(high-quality, not one-day), the rooms have bathrobes and slippers, everything is of the right level; very decent shampoos, gels, body milk, and so on. There are sets of toothbrushes with toothpaste. The mini bar is replenished regularly. Cleaning was also carried out every day with high quality. The interior of the hotel itself is updated and stylish, it is clear that everything was done very expensively and efficiently, but without causing pomp. The hotel is carefully monitored; everything is clean, cleaned constantly, cleaned, polished. All the staff is very friendly and attentive to the guests. I would like to note the work of the assistants with the guests, they are always ready to help, to understand the problem and help with solving any difficulty. As for the food, there is indeed a very wide variety of dishes, lightly salted trout always during the day, and freshly squeezed juices. There are always several types of fish, and ready meals, and they are prepared in your presence. For children, there are all kinds of jars, sachets, etc., there is a diet table with boiled foods. There were a lot of fruits, different ones, there were strawberries, medlars, and whole and sliced, and in the form of salads. You can make a salad of vegetables, herbs, cheeses, and seasonings for yourself - there is a counter for this. There is also a separate showcase with delicious cheeses and ham, which will be cut especially for you. On the territory of the hotel, on the way to the sea, there is a whole street of small cafes for every taste, there are even stalls where fresh juicy carrots, cucumbers, and fruits are cut into pieces - this is unusual. Ice cream is everywhere and all day long. And, of course, excellent coffee. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel and plan to visit it again. We booked the nearby Dolphin Imperial Hotel for the fall, as we have not been there yet, but I think we will definitely return to our beloved Palac. Thank you for the rest and positive emotions!

Polite, courteous staff, Russian speakers are present, the service is excellent, the new hotel is well-known to the client, but mildly not intrusive, the food is varied for every taste, you will be satisfied, rest as always with onimators, both for children and adults, a children's amusement park, a large aqua park, there are even more in the neighboring hotel allowed to visit it's easy and close to get there, there are a lot of different bars and coffee shops dancing to live music, different performances here, which will get to whom, in the sense that they are always different, the cuisine is excellent without exaggeration, there is a private beach on the sea with a large pier on which sun beds, umbrellas, a large bar, refrigerators with water, drinks, beer throughout the territory, wine, champagne, round the clock without restrictions. The rooms are large, clean, cleaning every day, the mini bar is filled every day, there are two beds in the room, a large folding sofa, Internet access throughout the hotel, beach, aqua park, amusement park. You will not regret a vacation together with children, there will be enough impressions and pleasant memories until the next trip.
