Lost my order! I'm waiting for my Temu order. It arrived at the pickup location on January 5, 2026. I can see this from the tracking number on the delivery website. Four days have passed, but the pickup location tells me they don't have the order yet and that I should wait for a SMS. But the SMS still hasn't arrived. The order will be returned in six days, according to Temu's terms. Customer service by phone does not work.

I decided to stop using the couriers because of their poor service. Everything was fine a few times, but recently I went to pick up two parcels. An assistant told me that only one had arrived. I didn't believe her and asked her to check again, but she refused and repeated that the second parcel would arrive in an hour—she said it was on its way—and told me to call the main storage. I spent 15 minutes on a call with the customer service to find out that my second parcel had already been delivered to them. When I handed my phone to the service assistant, she only spoke with the operator for 15 seconds and then immediately found my second parcel! This was arrogant not only because of the assistant’s laziness in searching more carefully but also because of her blatant lie and careless attitude toward customers. Now, I will stop using these courier services because I can't tolerate such childish behavior.

The couriers are lying that the recipient wasn't there. But I sent it to a stand-alone store and it's always open! There are no such cases when the seller has left. There were no missed ones. They are forced to pay for the delivery again, even though their couriers do not arrive!
