An interesting place. Excellent sound insulation in the rooms, there was no music at all. The cleanliness and cleaning in the room corresponds to the level of good hotels. Good cuisine, but some portions are unrealistically large. A very good sauna and hammam, the SPA services are excellent. The pools are clean, the water is moderately chlorinated, which is a plus. The cost turned out to be like in Turkey, the money spent was not a bit of a pity, the recreation area was worth the expense. I fully approve of the ban on bringing food/drinks, a good decision. I'll mention a few disadvantages: - there is very liquid shampoo and shower gel in the room, please note and take it with you. - the payment system through bracelets has not been finalized, you can not pay with them everywhere, you had to carry a phone with you, which is not very convenient in this format of recreation. Put at least Alakan =). - there is no full-fledged VIP service/manager, which causes some inconvenience. I really don't like standing in queues. Thank you so much to all the staff, especially the girls at the reception!!! Everything was explained in detail, the service was top-notch, the rooms were very comfortable, we were in a two-room family room, the bed was snow-white!!! The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy, the pools are wonderful, especially the heated ones, the children practically did not get out of the water. There is also a bar on the water, which is also very convenient, you can order a meal here by the pool, you do not need to go to a restaurant specifically for this. Everything is very clean, it is clear that they constantly monitor cleanliness. I want to say a special thank you about the kitchen, everything is very, very tasty, the breakfasts are great!!! In general, we really liked it and if they ask me if I will go again, I will say YES and I will also recommend this hotel to my friends!!! We stayed at the base for two days with the children, and overall the impressions were very good, despite a few unpleasant moments. Of the advantages, I would like to note that this is a great place for a family vacation. The children really enjoyed the three pools with slides, the playground and the foam party. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant has delicious food. On the downside, I had to ask for room cleaning four times before it was done. The restaurant was also a little disappointed: we ordered the mantas two hours before dinner, but when we arrived at the appointed time, we found out that the dish was not ready yet. We were asked to wait about 30 minutes, but in the end the wait took almost an hour more. I would also like to see more options for the children's menu. They mainly offer fast food and juices in liter packages, which is not very convenient for small children. Despite these minor shortcomings, the rest was a success. We had a good time, the kids were delighted, and overall everyone was satisfied.

There are no mosquito nets on the windows. The hotel is undergoing renovation, and a Bulgarian woman is working at 23:00. Breakfast is based on coupons, although there are room maps.

A great place to relax in the satellite city of the Almaty metropolis is Konaev. A brand-new place, well, like brand-new, a freshly built building with a nice spa from a huge Russian bathhouse where inside the bathhouse there is a font facing the street, a hammam and some other weak one). All the photos from the Internet correspond to reality, the restaurant has no Michelin stars, and it's great, not bad steaks, quite passable dishes. Breakfast, well, how to put it more correctly, without an assortment, but still you can eat. By the way, the bass in the spa is really good, beer is brought directly to the tables by the sun loungers. And most importantly, as for me, there are no incredible crowds there, there are people, but there are no crowds, like in TAURESPA, and travel time is plus or minus the same. In general, it's a great place, I recommend 4 with a plus out of 5

Cons: a dirty air mattress is provided as an additional place (despite the fact that we were not notified that the additional place is not a bed, but a mattress). To my indignation and demands to provide a clean mattress, since one thin sheet is laid on it, we were replaced and given a new one, for which thanks and strictly speaking 4*, it would probably be less. The room costs 65 thousand rubles (without extra space), but it does not have a towel dryer. At the same time, the pool towel can be changed only once a day. One family had a room for 200 thousand, but their air conditioner did not work. You can't bring your own food and drinks, and the prices inside are above average. The cooking is not bad, but you don't have to do it all at once. They ordered hycines, and brought a thick flatbread, which was not only burnt, but also falling apart. The pizza is delicious, but the pasta is always undersalted. It can take a very long time to list. Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00, but you can still swim after check-out, but your pool towels will be taken away. Rent of the 1st towel costs 2 thousand rubles.

But there are no complaints here - the building is family after all. 6. Breakfast included in the price was a can of yogurt, two boiled eggs, a croissant sandwich and a choice of tea bags or instant coffee. You could have added milk. 7. The pool is tired and faded without any bells and whistles, as shown in some photos. There are photos of the family building in the reviews, but they are from another building, as it turned out. People from outside, not guests, have access to the pool. It's good that it's before 22:00. The pool is 24-hour, without heating. An influx of visitors to the x2 pool was expected over the weekend, so we moved out earlier. 8. The beach is within walking distance. As a result: clean, cozy, without any special frills. You can survive one night.
