I will outline my history of interaction with this company here, since my negative review from the VK group was deleted)) I decided to order a backpack, then the following happened: 1. The color of the lining was incorrectly indicated in the order, corrected after I pointed it out. 2. They said that cash on delivery is not available when sending by check from the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation. It's just a lie, everything is available, Googled instantly. 3. When sending the order, they confused my details with another person: they specified my number, but the name and address of the other person's delivery point. There was no immediate response on this issue, so I had to write to the community personally. The next day, adjustments were made, but I didn't know until the last moment if my order was coming to me. 4. As a result, the backpack arrived the one I wanted, but they forgot to put the patch with the darklight logo. (It's not that I planned to wear it after such an order process..) Because of all of the above, it's even difficult for me to adequately assess the quality of the backpack, the impression is greatly spoiled. I tried to clarify what kind of accessories they use, they answered Korean (but not WooJin, but "analog"). It seems to be normal, but time will tell. I left a review in VK with all the points listed above, after which a few days later the manager contacted me, apologized and offered as a gift any pouch and a 20% discount on the next order. I agreed, chose a pouch, and waited. A couple of days later, they actually sent it, in addition to the pouch, they also put a darklight patch, which they had originally forgotten, and a carbine for keys. I was glad, I went to add to the review, they say the guys apologized, corrected themselves, and so on, but I found that my review was no longer there, that is, it was simply demolished. Make your own conclusions, I think it's not normal.

I ordered a bag, in general the bag is good, there are a couple of points, such as deception with accessories (ykk claim, in fact it is simply nameless, there is not a single marking). But the service is terrible, the deadlines that they themselves do not comply with, while everything happens in silence, no one will warn you about the delay in fulfilling the order. Then they asked to leave a review, but they did not like the honest review that they did not comply with the deadlines and they deleted it in their Vk group, so I will leave it here.
