The rooms are spacious and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances. The bed linen is snow-white Turkish quality. The hosts are helpful and friendly people. If necessary, they will meet you, organize an excursion and help you solve any issue. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Positive: A great guest house! It is located in a quiet location. Large, cozy rooms, beautiful view from the balcony (we had a sea view). Everything is perfectly clean, new furniture, especially comfortable large beds. A large kitchen with all the necessary modern equipment, there has never been a crowd in the kitchen. There were no interruptions with water, because there was its own well. The owner, Alexander Ivanovich, strictly keeps order, so there was always silence. All our wishes and requests were fully satisfied. The sea is very clean, there is never a crowd of people on the beach, 7-10 minutes walk to the sea, shops and canteens are nearby. Minuses: The only thing, as in the whole of Abkhazia, were blackouts, but they were short-term, for 30-40 minutes, and then not every day.
