I recently purchased a wristwatch from this store. Everything in the store itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but an unpleasant situation has occurred. The woman who advised me and helped me choose a model misinformed me. The strap of the watch I chose was too big for me. The sales consultant offered me to shorten it in their service center completely free of charge within 2 weeks after purchase. At the checkout, she gave me the address and opening hours of this workshop. I arrived at this center during the opening hours of this center, and it is closed! The specified time was not correct. It was a good thing that the workshop's phone number was also listed there. And there they told me that this service is paid and is not a warranty case. Please target your customers correctly, because after this, you won't even want to go to your place.
