I brought a winter coat that was as worn and dirty as possible (there were oil stains and painted over from other clothes). In general, the coat was scary to look at. They warned me that there was no 100% guarantee, but I was so happy when I came to pick up the coat and everything was just great. Everything was washed, everything was packed. In general, I'm thrilled.
