The second floor is being renovated and if someone stays in the room during the day, it will not always be possible to relax. The owners have recently changed hands there, they are doing repairs.The hostess Rosa is friendly. There is essentially no service.The keys were given out and taken away, and the service ends there. We came from Belarus from the travel agency "Favorittrevel". We chose this accommodation according to good reviews, it was not a pity for money (for such an amount people lived in a hotel with two meals a day). Initially, the room was poorly cleaned, there was dust under the bed. I was surprised by the lack of bedspreads. I said this, but they either did not understand me, or did not want to understand, they gave me one small blanket.The room was cleaned once, so to speak, it was offered. But after cleaning, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, we decided that it was better without cleaning. Towels could be changed if necessary, but we used our own, because here the towels are such that there is no certainty that they were washed and ironed. The Internet on our floor was in the hallway and pulled only on one chair, and then not always. The street is central, it is impossible to sleep at night from the wild screeching wheels of local reckless drivers (and they obviously do not drive here according to the rules). A separate problem: dangerous stairs: I twisted my leg, it's really terrible. Only the photo is beautiful here, by the way, even the pink plant has already dried up, so it's time to change the photo. The owner likes to sleep before lunch and does not particularly care about the problems that have arisen. All the people were here with nausea or vomiting, someone had a day, someone had two, and someone had most of the rest. Once the lights went out in the city, there are no generators here. Do it without electricity and water, you can't even flush the toilet, horror ((( for that kind of money, service 0. The house looks beautiful, the furniture at first glance is also not bad, but una is still peeling off her film. The beds are creaky, the mattresses are uncomfortable, dirty. It's not us who are picky, that's how it is. We have also visited the private sector in Crimea, but there was an appropriate price, but here there is just a dissonance. There are some sewers all around the territory. The facade of the house itself is in some places with a broken decorative stone. So think about what minute the next one will fall off. In general, it is much more beautiful in staraya Gagra, you are here as if in a market, there are only stalls around. There are many palm trees in old Gagra and the embankment is more beautiful. The old buildings are beautiful, but they are falling apart and no one cares about them. I also wanted to write: God forbid you get to the hospital in Gagra. Cigarette butts on the stairs, peeling and mildewed walls, the staff does not use gloves at all.
