We arrived at this hotel from 27.12 to 2.01 and were greeted very well! They treated us to tangerines The pool was warm, and it was possible to swim. On New Year's Eve, the hosts invited Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, the children had a lot of fun)) Our children also got gifts , even though they are not so small , it was very pleasant . We ate in the cafe, everything was delicious)) Thanks to the cook And thanks to Dayana and Miguel for their hospitality.

Have an unforgettable New Year at Bougainvillea — we welcomed you like family! We stayed at the Bougainvillea Hotel during the New Year holidays in January 2026, and it was one of the best decisions! From the very threshold, we were surrounded with such warmth and care that it felt like we were visiting good old friends. We were literally welcomed at home. The main center of attraction was the cafe right on the territory of the hotel. The New Year's Eve celebration was organized there superbly! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and festive. Special thanks to the chefs — the food is amazing, everything is delicious and homey. The staff is beyond praise. Very attentive, helpful and smiling people who sincerely tried to make our stay comfortable. I was especially touched by the approach to the children: they were given gifts, mountains of sweet tangerines and sweets. The children were absolutely delighted! Great music was played all evening, creating a great mood. The swimming pool was also a big plus — in combination with the Abkhazian air it is an excellent relaxation. If you want to feel real Caucasian hospitality and spend your holidays in a cozy atmosphere, Bougainvillea is the perfect choice. We will definitely come back here again! Rating: 5/5

A great place for a winter vacation with your family! We arrived for the New Year. It was a frosty winter, but the owners of the hotel are very attentive people, they provided us with a heater. I was pleased with a pleasant bonus: baskets with tangerines, lemons and oranges were freely available, take as many as you want! The cuisine in the cafe is beyond praise, real homemade food. The children were entertained by animators, the atmosphere was very festive, and the New Year's fireworks were just great. Great hotel, I recommend it to everyone!

Of the advantages, I would like to mention a clean, warm pool, neutral and up-to-date renovation. That's all, unfortunately. The staff is unfriendly, except for the receptionist Natalie, but she is quite absent-minded and you won't get much help from her. The local staff looks askance (sorry, but it's true), two-faced. Anyone who writes about delicious food, I'm shocked. We went there ourselves after reading such reviews. In fact, it doesn't taste good at all. Sooooo simple food. Sausage and cheese of unknown quality, I don't remember cottage cheese on the menu at all. But in Abkhazia, everywhere was tasteless, in my opinion. During the week of our stay, we never cleaned up, we didn't even take out the trash. The receptionist told me that cleaning is on request. But the garbage can be taken out in a week. 10 minutes walk to the sea. It suited us. Go through the back streets, but it's the same everywhere. In general, the impression is twofold. If you are not embarrassed by poor food and lack of hospitality, then you can go. But I have no desire to return, as well as to Abkhazia in general. It's a pity(((

I've always dreamed of going to Pitsunda, seeing the century-old pine trees, and diving into the purest sea - dreams come true, and my family and I are finally here! I am wildly delighted with the nature of this protected place, although I have been to other subtropical countries before, there is something to compare it with. The scent of the unique Pitsunda pine, the gorgeous beach and the magnificent sea ❤❤❤ Fell in love once and for all!!! A little bit about the hotel itself, perfectly clean, the hotel staff work like bees from early morning until lights out, any whim of the guests is not ignored, everyone will help, prompt, bring. Moreover, I would like to note the sincerity and benevolence. Thank you so much for such a service I would also like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel, the beds are comfortable, the new mattresses are very soft, the linen and towels are snow-white, the smart air conditioner with IFeel system and quiet night mode. Thank you for taking such care of the guests, it's worth a lot!

We stayed at this hotel. 4-10.08.2025. We were with a small child (one year and six). A great, clean, cozy hotel. The administrator is polite and resolves any requests quickly. The couple responsible for the territory and cleanliness did their job at 200%. The territory is well maintained and clean. A pool with warm water. The sea is a 5-7-minute walk away. The sea is simply the purest. The beach is equipped with a shower and a changing room. There are 2 pharmacies nearby (one is right on the road to the sea, the second is a little further away). There are stores that accept the card. (there is in the photo) . On Mondays, baby food is delivered (Tema milk, Agusha, juices, purees, frutonian marshmallows). There is a relic grove. The smell is just space (pine+sea). Will we come to this hotel again? of course)

We just arrived from Abkhazia. I join all the positive reviews below for those who had something gone wrong, rather it was you)) Everything corresponds to the photo, and the rooms and the territory and the food. The pool is warm, the children did not get out of it and swam and jumped and no one said a word. All other prohibitions are adequate rules of conduct on the territory of the hotel for general order. Who wrote that it's a long way to the beach, at least you wouldn't be too lazy to ask people for a shortcut)) We didn't walk along the dusty road, we drove for 5 minutes. By the way, there is a good mini market with everything you need right behind the hotel. I liked that breakfast was included, everything was delicious, pancakes with meat were our favorites)) I also recommend Pepperoni pizza in the cafe. Irina is a very friendly hostess, it's a pity we didn't have time to say goodbye. Thank you for your attention and all possible help to your guests! The wish is to put a second bedside table in a triple room, one is not enough on one side only. I will recommend you to my friends!

This is not the first time we have been to Abkhazia, but specifically to Ldzaa for the second time, we went for a clean sea and a relaxing holiday. I really liked the hotel, the friendly atmosphere was everywhere, if there were any comments, then all were adequate, without which there would be no cleanliness and order. I would note the pool separately, it was warm and clean, the children did not want to go out to the sea. There were always enough sun beds for the guests. Special thanks to the girls in the kitchen for the delicious pizza (10/10 according to my son, and he's a pro at pizza) and from me for the trout)) Thank you for the atmosphere in the bar and the hookah)) And of course, Irina and her husband would love to return to this hotel for their hospitality.

The breakfasts were included, hearty, varied (buffet). We had breakfast and didn't think about food until 3-4 days ago. We took a dip in the pool late in the evening. For general information, so to speak, because the weather and the sea itself were above all wishes. But the location of the hotel is not ice. From the beach, about 400-500 meters along the main street, and 300-400 along the dusty dirt road. I am silent about cows and dung, without this it is impossible in Abkhazia. The beach is a bomb! It's clean enough, an outdoor (beach) shower, century-old pine trees near the shore (at lunch we moved under them and calmly waited out the heat at noon) cafes nearby or just cooking pilaf, barbecue, etc.) really fresh and delicious cooking. We didn't get sick, we didn't suffer, WE RESTED!!! I plan to repeat my vacation in Pitsunda (ldzaa), but I will look for a hotel closer to the coast. Yes

We had a rest in this mini-hotel from 27.06. to 03.07.25. We liked it. The hotel is new, the pool water is warm and clean, there is almost no smell of bleach. The staff was friendly, there was no rudeness. The owner of the hotel, Irina, is a nice, friendly girl. The breakfasts are monotonous, but in principle everything is delicious, you will not stay hungry. The pizza is well prepared, we really liked it. It's a three-minute walk to the beach. In general, I recommend it!

We just got back from this hotel. It was the fifth time, my son and his fiancee were also vacationing here, and my friends. What can I say, the hotel is like a breath of clean air! The rooms and reception are decorated in unobtrusive gray and beige tones! The eye is resting. The floors are porcelain stoneware, the bathrooms are tiled. The first impression when you move in is freshness and cleanliness. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a kettle and tea accessories, and a refrigerator. This hotel has a generator, so there is no problem with electricity. Water..water from his own well. We take it easy and drink, we've never bought bottled water. About cleaning..cleaning and changing of linen and towels (and they are provided with one large, one for the head, one for the feet and beach towels on request) once every three days, plus, if necessary, they will be replaced more often. The bed linen is snow-white. Blankets and pillows are comfortable.. We slept like a cloud. It is very good that there is a heated swimming pool. We swam a couple of times in bad weather and enjoyed watching the kids frolic in the pool.. About zavtaki..(people who don't like breakfast, the question is: "How do you have breakfast at home?🤣"). So: porridge is hot, eggs in all kinds (boiled, scrambled eggs), fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), sausages, sausage (several types), local cheese (several types), pancakes with stuffing (with cottage cheese and meat, cheese), just pancakes (with condensed milk, jam from tangerines...mmmmm, sour cream), dumplings, casserole, apples, coffee, tea, fruit drinks and compotes... Well, I do not know who criticizes what you eat at home.. there was always fresh pita bread and creamy delicious butter! About the road to the sea..who doesn't know, you have to go out of the gate to the right, go through the gate in the parking lot and then through the cafe Tis (recommended), and you're at the sea. The path is 300 meters. The heroes who don't know this way go around, but there are also advantages there: shops, excursions, fruits and delicious homemade cheese, so we went both the short way (to the right) and the long way (to the left). About the Internet.. Unfortunately, I had to work on vacation, and we were quietly connected to 1C via VPN from the office in Perm. I've never been kicked out in 2 weeks. About the staff...I would like to say a huge thank you for the delicious breakfasts, for the cleaning, and for our round-the-clock security! Overall, the atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and friendly! I liked the mini-library at the reception...where vacationers share books with each other... thanks to our long-time friend Tarash, thanks to dear Milena, and many thanks to the new owners of the hotel: Irina's family for our wonderful vacation in September 2025!!! And greetings to everyone from the city of Perm! We are flying to you by plane!

We had a rest with my daughter at this hotel from June 24 to July 2 and regretted that we only came for a week, because we were delighted with the hotel itself and the country as a whole..We were in Abkhazia for the first time. The worst hotel I've ever been to. And it's not about the hotel itself, by the way, it's relatively new and beautiful, but about the staff, who just don't care about the guests, give them more money. Everything is fine. We chose the hotel based on the availability of a swimming pool, by the way, it is good, and the fact that you can stay with a pet. This was indicated on the website, and we previously wrote down which pet it was and how much it weighed. Upon arrival, they refused to check us in, referring to the fact that we were with a dog. Like you can't. But the correspondence decided in our favor. As a result, we were settled, but on the condition that we would carry the dog in our arms and it would not bark, we took a deposit of 5,000 (which we wanted to keep for ourselves, since one towel was a little dirty). By the way, there were 1 piece of towels in the room. Very small, as it turned out for the feet. At our request to give us towels for 4 people, it was said that they were all washed and drying. And so for 3 days. They barely knocked it out, they gave me 2 small and 2 large ones. The hotel's website stated that beach towels and bath towels are available. The room itself is not bad, but small. The beds are one double, in fact two single beds are pushed into one, one single bed and a cot for the fourth guest. There are no elementary shelves for shampoo and other things in the bathroom, and the most interesting thing is a cup for toothbrushes, to our request to give it to us, completely ignore the Food. She's just terrible. On the first day, we decided to have lunch at the hotel. I ordered chicken soup and a cutlet. This is not a cutlet, but ground soy in breadcrumbs. Breakfast on our first day was buffet style: porridge, omelette, eggs, cottage cheese casserole, sliced sausage, cheese, sausages, squash fritters, tea and instant coffee. Sausage and sausages of the lowest quality. But there was plenty to choose from, they didn't go hungry. The next day, the buffet principle was removed, food was given out through the transfer window and to choose from, arguing that others who did not pay for breakfast were having breakfast here, they could not keep track of all of them (they were not smart enough to give out bracelets to those who paid). As a result, my youngest daughter didn't eat much at all, since she doesn't eat from what was offered. Eggs, omelets, cheesecakes, casseroles are all cold, pre-cooked, or semi-finished. To be fair, the porridge was cooked well, and hot was nice. For dinner, we ordered a boat, salad and pizza. Basically delicious. Cleaning. The website states that it is cleaned every other day, and towels are changed after three days. Nothing like that. We were cleaned only once after an urgent request, I have already written about towels. In general, there is no desire to return here. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, the beach is well maintained and clean.

A great place for comfortable relaxation! We had a family vacation two weeks ago. I'll come back here next time! Cleanliness and order, excellent breakfasts, where there is something for everyone to choose. Vegetable pancakes are just top!!! The cleanest heated swimming pool. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea on flat terrain. There are all kinds of entertainment on the beach, shopping stalls. There are many shops nearby. A beautiful pine forest right on the shore. Exercise equipment and recreation areas, drinking fountains near the shore. Catamarans, bananas, entertainment. The sea is the purest! The hotel itself is very well maintained, friendly staff. Big greetings to Milena!!! The cafe at the hotel has an excellent menu - everything is very tasty, inexpensive and just huge portions!!! The only thing that was missing was a grain coffee for breakfast. But, we knew and took a capsule coffee machine with us))) PS. I am forever in love with the nature of Abkhazia!!!

Breakfast at the hotel is no different from at home. The products are of good quality and diverse. Very tasty casseroles, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fried bread, hot sandwiches and much more. The hotel has a small library with classic, modern, and children's publications. There is a shop 150 metres from the hotel. The only inconvenience was the road to the beach and food outlets. After the rains, in some places it was impossible to walk because of the huge puddles, and after six in the evening (in October) you can't see the road through the dark streets without a flashlight. But these troubles did not spoil a wonderful vacation.

The food was only in the morning (breakfast), there was no opportunity to eat on the territory (only fruits and wine are obtained), because there were no dishes, no microwave, no place where you can wash the dishes. 3. Two corners did not work (as I understood there was a bar and there was ice cream by the pool)- It's sad 4. The road to the sea is dusty and takes 15 minutes, but we generally knew this. 5. For FunSun, as we were told, they gave only the first floor, which is sad, but a couple of days after we stopped by, they offered to move. 6. Furniture is the cheapest, needs kind male hands. The mattress on the bed was not bad. Positive: 1. Very cool beach, clean, changing cabins, showers, saps and other rentals. Pine trees under which you can nap, just super 2. The renovation is fresh, nice to be in. The water is constant and good pressure, really boiling water. The breakfasts are good. Minuses: - the mattresses are terrible, the springs make it difficult to sleep. Putting a topper on top would be much more comfortable. - there are not enough shelves in the bathroom, there is no place to put the accessories. - there is no toilet paper holder, it's a trifle, but it spoils the impression. - it was possible to make more entertainment for the children, the benefit of the place allows. - the pool is cool, although it is positioned to be heated. Clean, tidy- cleaning every day. Fresh and delicious-smelling linen (change every 3 days), clothes dryer outside, air conditioning in the room, TV, hairdryer, kettle. They asked for a blanket. The next day they brought (one for two beds!😂) The next day, the second one was brought. For the price, the rooms could have been laid right away. The hotel grounds are also very clean, with a dedicated children's area and an adult bar area. In general, everything was fine and everyone was satisfied. It didn't work out properly to rest on them, because the glands dig into the ribs. And this despite the fact that in personal correspondence with the hotel they swore that the mattresses were new and comfortable (I have a bad back). Mattresses of the level of 2 thousand / day per room. - an old and very noisy air conditioner!! Which has probably never been refilled with frion since the opening of the hotel. In general, we suffered with him at night. - 2 thousand rubles were charged for the transfer from Gagra railway station to the hotel, although later it turned out that a regular taxi costs 1 thousand rubles. In addition, along the way, the driver also stopped at three stores to buy groceries to the hotel, wasting our time. - view from the rooms (to the north) of an abandoned plot and grazing cows - breakfast is modest and late. Even from 8 o'clock it's late, because usually after 10 we already left the beach, the heat is crazy at the beginning of August. And then they decided to postpone breakfast altogether to 9 a.m., which is generally inconvenient. I've just had to skip it for the last couple of days. !!! In addition, when all the people came to breakfast at 9, it turned out that the hotel did not have enough cutlery, plates and mugs for all!! They even save on that for that kind of money. People just had to stand in line for a fork or a mug! This is outrageous! - the refrigerator in the room is so small that you can't even put half a watermelon in it ((. - there is no way to drink normal coffee, only cheap instant coffee for breakfast, there is no coffee machine - cleaning should be done daily, but it all depends on the specific cleaner. The first three days we were happy, everything was perfect, even at our request they gave hangers and clothespins (there were very few of them initially), and then the cleaner changed - an unpleasant lady with glasses with a ponytail appeared, who cleaned the day, did not want the day, and did not update gels, shampoos, toilet paper, as it should be. She was saving money, apparently, for us. I had to go to her and remind her. - there are bathrobes on the Island in the room, but there were none, only slippers. - the nearest beach is about 12 minutes away, but it's terrible - big rocks, a lot of people, a lot of boats, jet skis, etc., which ride almost over the heads of floating people. Then we walked away, 20-25 minutes to the side, it's nicer there. Positive: - the room has its own toilet, shower, TV, slippers, kettle, 2 mugs, spoons, 2 glasses, tea. + Clothes dryer. - there is a table and chairs on the balcony. If you do not pay attention to the shabby appearance, you can eat or drink coffee - there is a small pool, clean, you can cool off a little before going to bed or at lunch. - there is an ironing board and a normal iron on the floor, convenient. - in principle, a pleasant view of the hotel By the way, it turns out that in the first two weeks the sea blooms and the risk of getting sick with rotovirus increases greatly. We have already learned this from the locals. As a result, we decided that it makes no sense to pay such money for a room in Abkhazia, because they still fall far short. It's better to go to Turkey already. And I wish the Bougainvillea hotel development and understanding that it is necessary to match the stated price tag.
