I love this restaurant. Open terrace overlooking the city and the sea. Delicious. Large portions. The cuisine is both Georgian and European. The cocktails are original. Definitely recommend

It's a good atmosphere, but there are organizational flaws and nuances in the kitchen. We visited BigChefs, and our impressions were mixed. One of the advantages is a pleasant atmosphere and very fast serving of dishes, but there are moments that upset. 📍Organization and service: We had booked a table a week in advance, but it was busy when we arrived. They explained to us that other guests had been sitting there for 3 hours. As a result, we were seated next to each other, but the table was swinging a lot. We asked to move, and we were transferred to another table. As a result, there was a lot of free space there and we liked it more, but the situation with the armor was unpleasant. There was also a misunderstanding about the birthday discount: the waiter categorically said that there was none. It was only after I showed the post on their social media that the manager came over. She was very friendly, congratulated and confirmed the discount. Thanks to her for her professionalism! 📍Cuisine and prices: In my opinion, the prices are somewhat too high for such a performance. Crispy chicken salad: The chicken is delicious, but the salad was different from the photo. There was arugula and other herbs with a specific taste inside, and the dressing was too heavy and overpowered the taste of the vegetables. Fajitas: It was delicious, but the mashed avocado in the dope was dark and obviously spicy. Drinks: Mint was very bitter in the mojito. Bottom line: The place is cozy, but you need to pay more attention to the reservation system and the freshness of some ingredients (avocado). I give 4 stars only thanks to the manager's work and the fact that we eventually found a comfortable place.

We read bad reviews in 2024 and 2023 and did not dare to enter, although we often visit this institution in Turkey. This time we came in and were pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious, the service is fast enough. We ordered two bowls. We were not sitting in the common area, closer to the entrance. In the establishment, the manager, most likely from Turkey, perfectly directs the staff and helps the waiters, monitors everything. P.S. The robot is great!

We were told on the phone that there would be congratulations from the restaurant. When we arrived, the waiter asked if it was our birthday, and we confirmed it. There were flowers on the table, it was obvious that we had a special occasion. But there was no congratulations. I asked the waiter again, he clarified with the manager and returned with the answer that there would be no congratulations. Our receipt was not small, we came in the mood to celebrate and clarified everything in advance. As a result, there was a feeling of awkwardness and disappointment.

The food is all bland, the meat is overcooked. I ordered a "beef bowl" - that's the name of the dish on their menu. In the picture it is a bowl with beef and bulgur. They bring a bowl full of salad with a few unleavened pieces of meat and a couple of potatoes - this dish costs 42lari. I wanted to have dinner, but I got an iceberg salad with parsley. We called the manager with a request to remove this dish, as they misled us with incorrect photos for the dish - which they refused. In the photo, if you try hard, you can see bulgur))

She also said that they don't reserve tables because they don't know when people will want to leave. At the same time, many tables had a sign “reserved”. The view is beautiful, if not on the side of the old panel.
