I flew with Belavia from Minsk to Baku. I was very pleased with the service: the departure was on the minute, the girls worked quickly at the check-in desks, the chairs were comfortable, and the food was good. The staff is smiling, polite, pleasant people who try their best. The flight with them went well, although I had some nuances with the ticket due to my mistake, but they helped me solve the problem (many thanks to everyone involved).

On 04/24/26, I flew from Minsk to Tashkent and back on 05/02/2026. The price tags on the tickets are unreasonably expensive for such a quality service! The flight attendants look absolutely disdainful, there is 0 goodwill! There was a delay of 40 minutes in departure, she clarified what time we would arrive and surprisingly said that according to schedule. It's good that I didn't believe it, because the flight, of course, arrived late! The seats are small, uncomfortable, there is not enough legroom, you can't tilt the back of the chair, because the very "convenient" button in the armrest is not pressed! I also ask you to explain why the hell I need to print tickets. We were queuing at the check-in desks just because we had to print out the boarding pass! What for? There is an online ticket containing the same information! When will progress reach us? I do not recommend it! But more deplorably, there is no alternative for citizens as such!
