I highly recommend it, one of the rare cases when the level of service corresponds to the level of the company. I always get full information, the girls are very attentive, they take into account all the nuances. I have communicated with Elena several times and always received the most complete information. I flew with Turkish airlines for the first time this summer and was pleasantly surprised. I called the support center in Minsk several times and was able to get through twice without any problems. The guys helped a lot, changed the tickets for the flight from Moscow due to the canceled flight, consulted, answered all my questions and fulfilled all my wishes. Special thanks to Renat (I hope I remembered the name correctly). In my case, I received timely support, high customer orientation and friendly communication from the guys, you are a great team.
