4 stars only because of the wet steam in the supposedly hammam. They only accept cash, there is no Caspian transfer and no card. The lounge has a TV and air conditioning, an electric kettle and dishes.

22.07 the girls came to relax on their birthday and enjoy spending time in the Turkish hammam. At the entrance, we were met by a tactless woman who hurried me to give the money even though I hadn't even taken off my shoes yet. She gave us slippers with the words "well, actually people come here to wash, not to hold events." I will clarify that I did not have presenters and artists, the only thing I expected to get for my money was at least a little service. After trying to turn on the air conditioner, we were told "it doesn't work, there is no split system from the street, the windows are open"…The window, a meter away from which men walk and look in. Well, we resigned ourselves and prepared to go to the hammam, which they write everywhere that its temperature is a maximum of 65 degrees, and as a result we couldn't even open the door to the hammam because it felt like the temperature was higher than in the Russian bath. When asked to turn it down, they received the answer "open the door to the hammam, open the window in the shower, close the door to the hall, wait and it will cool down"🤣 The last thing I would like to note is that the question about the hair dryer was answered "oh, it hasn't worked for a long time!" As a result, almost an hour was spent on all these machinations, conversations and attempts to make your vacation comfortable on your own. Thank you for returning the money for the remaining hour, which we did not want to be there. They gave them to me with the phrase "yes, you are probably so unhappy in order to return 7500"🙂 If I had known that there was zero service here, I would not have come at all, especially on such a day😂 Say thank you that I did not demand a refund of the full amount because there is only one word from the hamam. The day was ruined)
